Het was niet schoon, de lichten waren te vel op de kamer. Je hoirt continue de snelweg. Mensen zijn niet aardig. Een luidruchtige buurman die midden in de nacht op de muur ging bonken. Het was een eng hotel. De lift deed het niet goed

J'avais réservé une Chambre Familiale comprenant 2 lits simples et 2 grands lits doubles. À mon arrivée, l'établissement m'a proposé une chambre ne contenant qu'1 lit double et 1 lit simple — ce qui ne correspond absolument pas à ma réservation confirmée.

J'ai demandé un changement de chambre, l'établissement m'a répondu qu'ils étaient complets. J'ai donc demandé l'annulation, qu'ils ont refusée en invoquant des frais
