Un posto davvero speciale, uno di quei luoghi che non si limitano a ospitarti, ma che ti lasciano qualcosa dentro. ❤️
Fin dal primo momento abbiamo percepito un’energia magica, autentica e difficile da spiegare. L’atmosfera è meravigliosa, ma ciò che rende questo posto davvero unico sono le persone che lo vivono e lo fanno vivere.
Lo staff è semplicemente fantastico: gentile, disponibile, sorridente e sempre pronto a farti sentire a casa. Ma una menzione speciale va a Oziel, il proprietario, una persona incredibile che ha saputo farci vivere Tulum in un modo completamente diverso.
Abbiamo passato insieme delle serate meravigliose, tra risate, conversazioni, musica e momenti che porteremo con noi. È raro incontrare persone che, in così poco tempo, riescono a diventare parte dei ricordi più belli di un viaggio.
Grazie Oziel e grazie a tutto lo staff per l’accoglienza, l’energia e per aver trasformato il nostro soggiorno in qualcosa di molto più di una semplice vacanza.
Ci siamo sentiti a casa, abbiamo conosciuto persone speciali e abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di cuore qui. 🌴✨

Big room, comfortable beds.
Breakfast very poor - only toast with butter and Jam and some fruits. For drinking only coffee available.
Bed was full of sand from previous visítor (see on the pictures)

The place was ugly, the staff was there but did not help, the first day they did not clean the room, a water pumping truck woke us up early one morning. We ended up leaving.

Manque d’équipements : mini frigo pour y ranger les bouteilles d’eau, un placard pour y ranger nos affaires.
Très bon rapport qualité prix. Emplacement central. Parking privé. Hôtes très sympas et arrangeants. La cenote privée à 2km - un vrai coup de coeur !
Bruyant le soir avec les discothèques juste à côté.

The hotels needs a little face lift of the rooms and the furniture. They can could use an ice machine as well.

Staff was incredible. Everyone we spoke with was very helpful in navigating and planning our trip. There’s also a kitchen you can use which is great for saving money and planning.
My only comment is it doesn’t have beach front access, but that is more of an issue regarding Tulum rather than the hotel!

Zum Party machen super, aber doch schon sehr laut
Tolle Lage nahe des Strandes und das Highlight ist eine eigene private Cenote die kostenlos beim Schwesterhotel besucht werden kann. Völlig ungestört kann man das kristallklare Wasser genießen. Absolut fantastisch!!!
