Замечательный, доброжелательный персонал. Очень хорошее расположение и хорошие завтраки на террасе с видом на море.

Cons:

Не понравилось, то что в номере в душевых душ можно было только держать в руках. Нет вешалки для туалетной бумаги, в одной из 2х душевых очень неприятный запах из сливного отверстия. Не продумано размещение розеток, нет розеток у кровати, на кухне нет розетки для чайника,приходилось опускать его к ближайшей розетке на полу.

Falsche Angaben zur Ausstattung

Wir hatten das Hotel vor allem gebucht, weil bei Booking und auch auf anderen Plattformen unter der Badezimmerausstattung eine „Whirlpool-Badewanne“ angegeben war. Deshalb sind wir natürlich davon ausgegangen, dass sich diese auch in unserem Zimmer befindet.

Beim Einchecken mussten wir dann feststellen, dass das nicht der Fall war. An der Rezeption wurde uns erklärt, dass es lediglich einen Whirlpool auf dem Dach gibt. Daraufhin habe ich mir die Beschreibung bei Booking noch einmal angesehen und finde die Angabe weiterhin sehr missverständlich. Wenn etwas ausdrücklich unter der Ausstattung des Badezimmers aufgeführt wird, geht man meiner Meinung nach davon aus, dass es sich im Zimmer befindet.

Ich habe das Hotel anschließend noch einmal über Booking kontaktiert. Zuerst bekam ich nur dieselbe Antwort wie an der Rezeption. Als ich dann gefragt habe, warum die Ausstattung so angegeben wird, kam leider gar keine Antwort mehr. Das fand ich sehr unprofessionell und wirklich schade.

Auch insgesamt wirkt das Hotel leider nicht so schön wie auf den Fotos. Vieles ist etwas veraltet. Es gibt zum Beispiel nur einen kleinen Aufzug, bei dem man nicht erkennen kann, in welchem Stockwerk er sich gerade befindet. Auch die Knöpfe lassen sich teilweise nur schwer bedienen. Das hört sich vielleicht kleinlich an, aber solche Kleinigkeiten spiegeln den allgemeinen Zustand des Hotels ganz gut wider.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich. Die anderen Mitarbeiter waren allerdings nicht besonders aufmerksam. Während unserer bisherigen Reise durch Montenegro wurden wir eigentlich überall sehr herzlich begrüßt und freundlich behandelt. Hier war die Atmosphäre leider eher distanziert. Erst bei der Abreise wurden wir nett gefragt, ob uns der Aufenthalt gefallen hat und wie wir Montenegro finden.

Der Pool ist ebenfalls relativ klein. Sobald zum Beispiel eine Familie mit fünf Personen darin ist, kann man ihn eigentlich kaum noch nutzen.

Uma estadia fantástica!
Pros:

Gostei muito da minha estadia neste hotel. O quarto era confortável e tinha uma vista magnífica. Todos os colaboradores foram extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos, com um agradecimento especial à Sarah pela sua simpatia e disponibilidade.

O pequeno-almoço era excelente e a esplanada do restaurante, com uma vista deslumbrante, tornou as refeições ainda mais agradáveis.

É um hotel que recomendo e onde terei todo o gosto em voltar.

Cons:

O único aspeto que ficou aquém das expectativas foi a piscina. Na realidade, é bastante mais pequena do que aparenta nas fotografias do site. Compreendo perfeitamente que, estando localizada no terraço, o espaço seja limitado. No entanto, as fotografias são tiradas de um ângulo que faz parecer que a piscina é muito maior do que realmente é.

Locks needed on public toilets, no plug in the kitchen sink. Both pool barmen were uninterested in customer service, miserable, no atmosphere, music would enhance experience. However staff in reception, housekeeping and restaurant were excellent
