Pros:

Śniadania (to osobny temat), obsługa od recepcji po Panie do sprzątania - super, lokalizacja (widok z pokoju, blisko na plaże oraz deptak)
Codzienne sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników nawet jak nie wieszasz informacji na klamce.

No i teraz temat śniadań:
To osobny lokal do którego się zjeżdża windą i tam dostaje się wszystko co się wymyśli.
Obsługa rewelacyjna, no i widok …..spożywanie posiłku nad samym morzem: 🫶
Jedynie co się mogę doczepić to do jakości kawy w automacie ale my kupowaliśmy po prostu w barze

Obiekt dość przestarzały.
Basen na dachu, to po prostu basenik a nie jak na zdjęciach wielki basen.
Klucze z wielkim bryloczkiem (to już archaizm jak na hotel) a nie karty.
Mydło i szampon do włosów w tych małych buteleczkach- po prostu kocham (plastik oraz wiecznie go brakuje w nieodpowiednim momencie)- już się tak w hotelach nie robi
Sprawy techniczne: nie działał kontakt nad łóżkiem , kabel od czajnika za krótki żeby gdzieś go włączyć więc postawiliśmy na ziemi. A żeby ładować telefony, musieliśmy wyłączyć telewizor 😀

Pros:

Hôtel très bien localisé avec des plages et des restaurants à proximité directe.
Parking privatif.
Le rooftop avec la piscine est top, avec une vue superbe.
Petit déjeuner copieux.

Cons:

La chambre bien que spatieuse manque de charme (deco très minimaliste) et de praticité (pas de prises murales à côté du lit, pas de lampes de chevet, rien pour poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain).
Salle de bain assez spartiate.
Nous avions pris en supplément une chambre avec vue mer, sauf que nous étions logés au rdc. Certes avec la vue mer, mais surtout beaucoup bâtiments dans le champs de vision possédant une soufflerie avec le bruit et les odeurs de friture qui vont avec. Il faut donc garder à l’esprit que vous avoir la belle vue mer promise sur les photos il faut être logé dans les étages supérieurs.

I recently stayed at Hotel Ponta Nova with my family, and while there were a few positives, overall the experience fell short of what I would expect from a hotel in the hospitality business.

The cleaners and the bar man, were genuinely kind and hardworking. The apartments themselves were clean, and the views from the hotel are lovely. These were the highlights of our stay.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast was well cooked, but after seven mornings of exactly same dishes, it became repetitive. Alternating options would make a big difference.

Despite being advertised as family‑friendly, the layout isn’t very practical for families with young children. Several lifts have stairs directly in front of them, which made moving a pram around quite difficult.

We also struggled with flexibility around late checkout. With a night flight, we requested a 2pm checkout but was unfortunately declined. We were instead advised to let our properties and children under‑5s remain in reception for hours, or pay nearly €50 for a tiny back room.

The most disappointing part was being charged tourist tax for our children. We were charged €1.50 each, even though children under 12 are exempt. After challenging this, we received a €21 refund, but the situation felt deceptive and avoidable.

Pros:

The hotel staff and service were great, everything was clean and very comfortable. The view was stunning from the balcony of our room. Breakfast was good and varied. There is a descent from the hotel to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

מבחינתנו היה סבבה
Pros:

מלון נהדר. ארוחת בוקר עשירה מאוד עם מבחר יפה. כדי לרדת למסעדה שיושבת על החוף צריך להשתמש בשתי מעליות. אם יושבים על שולחנות שעל קו המים פחות נוח עם ילדים קטנים היות וביציאה מהמלון צריך לעבור בכבישון שיש בו תנועת רכב קלה. אם יושבים בפנים אין בעיה. מיטה נוחה חדר מרווח. בערב זה מתפקד כמסעדה עצמאית והאוכל היה טוב מאוד. החוף שליד המלון אינו מוסדר ואינו נוח לכניסה למים אבל יש חופים ממש קרובים.

Cons:

היות והים לא היה עיקר השהיה שלנו במלון אז היה אחלה. אם מחפשים מלון על שפת הים כדי להיכנס לים המלון הזה פחות מתאים.

Great location, very good restaurant

Cons:

Bad amenities. Construction noises all day, from fixing adjacent room's A/C.
Shower head broken, and cannot be mounted to wall. Toilet seat loose.
