Cons:

Très mauvaise insonorisation des fenêtres, on avait l’impression de dormir dans la rue tellement les bruits extérieurs étaient présents.
Mauvaise literie: lit qui grince et oreillers inconfortables
Petit déjeuner à la carte (pas de buffet)
Hôtel inaccessible en voiture car le centre est piéton

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und zentral. Personal freundlich und zum Hotel gehört eine nette Bar/nettes Restaurant.

Cons:

Die Lage hat leider auch Nachteile. In der Umgebung sind sehr laute Bars, die bis weit in die Nacht sehr laute Musik spielen, die man im Zimmer hört.

It definitely doesn't deserve five stars. The entrance is tiny. It doesn't even have the comfort of a 3-star hotel. Also, because it's on a bar street, they play techno music until morning. The toilet leaked water. The bathroom ventilation wasn't working. The room was full of dust. I absolutely do not recommend it.
