Pros:

Elhelyezkedés kiváló,ágyak kényelmesek.Reggeli bőséges,hatalmas választék,már már túlzó🤭.

Cons:

Nem szóltak bejelentkezéskor,hogy gyerekkel csak 18:00 ig lehet a wellnesst használni,így nagy csalódás volt.
Illetve bookingon foglaltam,azt hittem mindent kifizettem,de mondták hogy fizessünk a gyereknek a pótágyért még külön....Kifizettem,de így még sosem jártam.Jövőre másik szállodát választunk.

Excellent location, good quality service, approachable and cordial staff.
Pros:

Excellent location is right in the heart of Skopje City Centre. The staff is incredibly professional, courteous and dedicated, always ready to assist with any needs you might have.

Cons:

The room could benefit from some significant improvements like deep carpet cleaning and perhaps a nightly check-in. This would include simple tasks like drawing the curtains. I’d also recommend better pillows and pillow protectors.

Very disappointing stay. The minibar had an opened packet of nuts, housekeeping failed to properly clean the room, remove trash, replace towels or provide a new bathroom mat. The worst issue was the laundry service: two of my clothes, including a linen pair of trousers and a cotton sweatshirt, were returned significantly shrunk. I reported everything immediately, was made to wait over 30 minutes at reception and was promised a resolution that never came. Two days later, I am still waiting. Very poor service and accountability for a Marriott property. Very disappointing stay.
