Konumu temizliği girişte Belkıs hanımın ilgisi bir şey hariç her şeyi mükemmeldi 💐

Cons:

807 nolu oda da kaldım , içeri girdim masanın üstüne çok güzel bir çikolata bırakmışlar kırdım bir parça yedim daha yutmadan kapı çaldı ve yanlış bırakılmış deyip geri aldılar ???
Koskoca otel bir parça çikolatayı bize çok gördü , ben onlara yakıştıramadım ama onlar kendine yakıştırdı mı bilemiyorum..:

Tylko lokalizacja jest okej

Cons:

Beszczelna i arogancka obsługa, w szczególności Pani w recepcji. Zmieniałam długość pobytu a żeby nie zmieniać pokoju w trakcie ponieważ to dla mnie nie wygodne, zrobiłam nową rezerwację i odwołałam starą. Pani szantażowała mnie, że jeżeli nie zapłacę w tej sekundzie kary za odwołany pokój 136 euro to zabierze mi klucze od drugiej rezerwacji (już zapłaconej z góry, 513 euro!). Jedna z drugą sprawa nie ma nic wspólnego. Było to wobec wszelkim prawom konsumenckim, a już na pewno nie na miejscu w 5 gwiazdkowym hotelu. Na dodatek brudno. Nie polecam.

Didn’t have access to watch the World Cup live which was disappointing for a 5 star hotel

Reception was not efficient!
Housekeeping is not cleaning Room Service stuff left in front of the doors for days !

Odaya çıktım kapıyı açtım, karşımda hoşgeldiniz yazısı ve altıda enfes bir çikolata bir parça aldım yedim , kapı çaldı bir çalışan ; çikolatayı yanlışlıkla bıraktığını söyleyip geri aldı , şimdi soruyorum koskoca MARRiOT otele hiç yakışmış mı ?

Hotel se nalazi u samom centru, na trgu. Osoblje je ljubazno, dorucak je dobar i raznovrstan. Spa je odlican, bazen je malo manjih dimenzija ali nije bila guzva. Sobe su ciste i udobne, kreveti prostrani. Sve preporuke za ovaj hotel.
