Personeel restaurant zeer vriendelijk

Cons:

Aankomst bij hotel met onze auto, zeer onvriendelijke portier, stuurde ons weg op oncorrecte wijze, van zoek het maar uit....
Check-inn, we waren te vroeg onze junior suite zou om15.00 uur klaar zijn, maar hebben nog 1 uur gewacht voor we naar onze kamer konden.

Sehr gutes, familienfreundliches Hotel in absolut bester Lage.
Pros:

Wir haben über eine Woche in diesem Hotel übernachtet, gemeinsam mit unserem kleinen Kind. Die Lage des Hotels ist gerade für Familien herausragend - direkt vor dem Hotel liegt eine Fußgängerzone. Toll war auch, dass wir tagsüber (nicht abends) mit unserem Kind in den SPA-Bereich gehen konnten. Sehr freundliches Personal und herausragendes Frühstück.

Cons:

Am Wochenende, als die Hotelbar zum Club wurde, schliefen wir leider nicht gut. Klasse war, dass wir Samstagabend für eine Nacht in ein Zimmer ziehen konnten, welches auf der anderen Seite des Hotels lag. Denn: Freitagabend schliefen wir sehr schlecht, direkt unserem Hotelzimmer, ein paar Stockwerke tiefer, war Party.

Excellent hotel and great restaurant
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, big rooms and the staff is very friendly! The room is big, beautiful and has everything you need. The food in the restaurant is excellent and we enjoyed the comfort of having such a good restaurant so closeby! Beds are really comfortable and we slept excellent in the hotel. Location is excellent with everything closeby.

Cons:

Only thing I didn’t like was that there was a stain at the carpet in our room that alwasy felt a bid odd or moist to walk over and when we entered the room it smelled a bit funny at first but we didn’t adress this to reception as it didn’t bother us that much. Pretty sure they would have done what they could if we mentioned it.

Superb service!
Pros:

Amazing service! I had a medical issue and the front desk immediately called the hospital and arranged a cab to take me to the hospital. I saw the doctor, got the medication and we’re returning back to the hotel where the staff are waiting. Superb service.
