Lovely stay
Pros:

Our room was spacious and luminous. The hotel is at a few steps from the beach and from the bus stop that connects you to various points of the island. The staff is excellent, they clean the rooms every day, breakfast is tasty and they make you feel welcomed. We had a few questions, they were very helpful in addressing everything and they even provided suggestions or ideas. We had a lovely stay and if you are looking for a place to relax and actually unwind, I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Personnellement je ne retournerai pas.
Pros:

La disposition pour aller à la plage. Et le petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Insatisfait du service nettoyage.
Après la deuxième nuit. Le matin il a fallu les mettre les serviettes de bain par terre pour montrer qu'il fallait les changer.
Les quatre nuits passées les draps n'ont pas été changés une seule fois.
Le sol était sale il a juste été nettoyé avec le balai mob.
Ma femme m'a même fait la réflexion arrête de marcher pieds nus tes pieds ils sont noirs.
Les toilettes et la douche étaient collées ensemble et trop petits.

Son emplacement,super accueil des équipes.

Hotel is a failure by design
Pros:

Staff is ok and breakfast was good. Facility is clean.

Cons:

The hotel is a failure by design:
1. The rooms are built in greenhouse style (double glazed surface) covering more than 50 % of the wall, exposed fully to the sun, which makes a stay in this hotel quite challanging. We had quite powerful AC but even this unit barely could handle the wrong design. This is an old building with no adaptation for 21 century reality and current temperatures in Gozo. Our room had only one tiny window not enough to breathe in power cut time (see point 2). Design can be checked directly on google maps.
2. Gozo experienced power cut from 8 p.m. to 12.30 next day (approx 16 hours). In this circumstances sleeping in the room at night was really unbereable. Hotel does not have any generators, nor even batteries to charge phones etc. We slept with all family on the beach as the room was so heated due to the design mentioned in point 1.
3. From 8.00 p.m. to the morning next day there was noone on-site to communicate with. I understand it was an emergency for all island but such a feeling that noone was really interested in how tourists are doing.
I am not blaming anyone personally but this hotel is a risky place to stay during the summer due to its initial design. Unfortunately cannot reccomend this hotel. I wish management of the hotel all the best and hopefully they can learn the lesson from power cuts and the hotel design.
