This is a beautiful property in an awesome location. It is quaint and colorful! The common areas are well kept and vast. I would have liked to spend more time hanging out around the pool. The staff is terrific. The restaurant was great!
The beds and pillows were really uncomfortable/old? Since the hotel property was large, we had expected it to be super quiet, but there must be a train nearby that blew it's whistle all night.
This tourist hotel near Gate 1 of the archaeological site makes a convenient overnight stop for anyone wanting to visit the ruins first thing in the morning. The small resort has rooms arranged around a large heated pool, and the restaurant overlooks the pool on one side.
Our room had thick walls and was somewhat oddly partitioned, with separate nooks for the beds—one double and one twin—as well as a desk and two small closets. The mattresses were softer than I prefer. The average-sized bathroom had separate toilet and shower rooms. The shower was a decent size with good water pressure and consistent hot water.
Watch the windows. All of the rooms are on the ground floor and have large windows. We noticed at bedtime that our window was open. When we tried to latch it, we discovered the latch was broken. We ended up securing it with a section of a hiking pole placed in the window track.
Dinner in the restaurant is only served until 7 p.m. The hotel did not seem very busy during our stay, and there was no one in the restaurant when we arrived at 6 p.m. We were not very hungry and ordered the house appetizer platter, which included two quesadillas, two small bean tostadas, two mini flautas, nopales salad, guacamole, and chips. Everything was nicely prepared. We then tried the apple strudel with ice cream, which was soggy and disappointing.
I was told at reception that breakfast started at 7 a.m., but that turned out not to be the case. The staff arrives at 7 a.m. to begin setting up the buffet. I asked for coffee and was told that everything would be available at the same time and that coffee could not be served earlier. We had a 7:45 a.m. pickup and barely had enough time for a quick cup of coffee before meeting our Uber driver.
Broken latch on the large ground floor window, Breakfast not available when they told us it would be. No coffee available before breakfast.
The prices are high in the restaurant.
2 cups of coffee 150 pesos?
2 bottles of topochico 150 pesos?
I remembered why I had never eaten in that place 😭
It was near the pyramids
Sound of kids in pool kept us up at night. Beds were uncomfortable. Coffee not available before 6 am
Great location. Cute and clean rooms. Pool. Park.
The restaurant is a disgrace. The food is awful, and the price high. The food takes forever to get ready. Two waitresses for the whole restaurant and apparently the kitchen is also understaffed, taking forever to prepare terrible food for an empty restaurant. The WiFi is also very weak.
Location & proximity too the pyramids
I asked for a room overlooking the gardens and didn’t get one. The beds were small and the bedding was awful.
la ubicación es excelente
lamentablemente no tienen ningún servicio de delivery y de comida ni de comida en el hotel, ni siquiera maquinitas dispensadoras de algo.
tampoco contestaron para la facturación del estadía
The hotel is a charming hacienda property. The rooms are small but very comfortable with heaters. The restaurant is large and offers delicious food. The pool was warm and enjoyable. Staff was fabulous.

It is the best choice for those who want to visit Teotihuacan on their own, in peace – outside the ‘tourist’ tours that make you race against the clock!
The villa is built partially over part of the archaeological site, which is huge (in the yard you can see ruins). It is completely secured, with a high fence and a guard at the entrance gate to the yard.
The rooms are comfortable and cool, set around an interior courtyard with a swimming pool.
The cuisine is excellent and the prices are moderate.
Those who want to visit the Pyramids I recommend asking the Reception in the morning for a Taxi to Gate number 3, from where the visit can begin. (The price of the ride is negotiated in advance and is 100 pesos)
I have nothing to criticize the people at the Hotel.
L’emplacement. La simplicité des équipements.
