Excelente lugar para llegar
Pros:

Me gusto todo la habitación 10 de 10 todos muy amables quedé maravillada por el lugar solo detalle por ser en el centro de tecozautla hay ruido pero se eso todo excelente volvería a regresar 1000 veces gracias y gracias

Pequeño pero acogedor y muy estético.

Me gustó mucho el hotel y la habitación. El recepcionista es muy amable.

Encontré un labial debajo de mi cama, había polvo y me dio la impresión de que no cambiaron las sábanas.

Nice place to stay close to everything and near the Hot Springs around
Pros:

Place was right , next door to the main plaza , close to everything. Imif you need help to go around you can ask the staff they are friendly. Place was very clean and the best part it's close to the different hot springs you gotta try them at least one .

Cons:

The fact that they don't have a dedicated parking lot at the premises but ask and they'll help you about it .
Another thing it's the internet connection it's slow and intermittent.
Other than that everything was good.
