these bungalows are all brand new and well built. Very clean, bright and airy. You pull your car literally right next to the door so unloading is certainly convenient. The back bungalows have a view of the ocean between the front bungalows.
The room was a little small for two queen beds, so you couldn’t walk along one edge of each bed because it was too close to the wall. That’s not a complaint, just something to note.
Cerca de la playa
La persona cuando hicimos check in, se porto grosera e indiferente..!!
Didn't use their restaurant - didn't want to give them another dime.
This room was marketed as "seaside" with a terrace, beach access and lush gardens. Please see the attached photos and screenshot. This unit was across the parking lot from the beach with a view of parked cars and then the beach beyond that. There was no terrace and there certainly aren't lush gardens. The manager/owner spoke fluent English and told us if we wanted beachside, we should have booked a "panorama" room. That wasn't listed as an option when I booked. She also told us she knew her online description was deceptive, but it brought people in so she wasn't about to change it! So not like what we are used to in Mexico, so it was shocking as well as disappointing. Quality shows through in things like folding the towels in a pretty fan to hide how old they are. Amenities feature a folding plastic table, folding metal chair and a pocket pack of Kleenex along with a fridge and small coffee pot. Despite their acknowledgement and our unhappiness, they had no problem demanding we pay a dog fee of 600 Pesos ($34 USD) on top of our already having spent $162 for a parking lot view room. They came down to 500 since he was small. On a bright note, we had dinner at the restaurant at Stella's next door at "Manny's Place" where the food and music were excellent and the staff friendly and attentive. Our advice - stay at Stella's. Same beach - great people!
On the beach with a view. Restaurant was good
No problems
Very clean
EL HOTEL ESTA MUY BIEN UBIDADO, FACIL DE LLEGAR Y FRENTE AL MAR
Ubicación
Un poco de ruido con los carros y la musica muy alta
Access to the beach is very close and easy to go back and forth to the room if needed. The wide window at the front of the room is great for seeing the sunrise and view the ocean. The beds were comfortable and it was generally quiet (minus the noise outside the RV park due to the holiday weekend). The restaurant chef and staff are great and the food is very delicious with good quality ingredients. Everyone was accommodating, helpful and friendly. We had a great time! Look forward to coming back soon!
Clean and comfortable nice location. We will book again.
Was way over charged at the restaurant and bar. They double charged me on tacos and beer. $ 72.00 should’ve been $24.00 didn’t go back went next door.
Food at the restaurant was disappointing. Booked a room online but ended up stay in a tent on the property. They definitely charge more without a booking.
Each is amazing
Great location, friendly staff, secure parking, dog friendly
The location and the view! The beach was great for walking
It was a great place, the locals were across the road partying, but it was Christmas to new year’s
