Liked · Rooms was OK as we only stayed overnight.. and quite central in location. So getting a tram (free) to go sightseeing was easy... and found a nice place to have a good breakfast opposite the Station. Managed to find secure parking at 'Fort Wedell' very near to the hotel.
Disliked · not sure how this can be be changed.. but noticed sex 'clubs' and other places in the neighbourhood.. suprisingly, there was one opposite a primary school between the hotel and the car park.
Location right next to train station and supermarket. Hotel on busy street with nightclubs and restaurants which could have been noisy but my room was at back of Hotel with blackout shutters, which was great.
Bed comfy, loads of pillows, which was appreciated.
Reception was supposed to be open 7am - 7pm but wasn't when I arrived at 5pm, no-one there. Did self check-in.
Said there would be tea and coffee in the room, but only 1 teabag and 1 coffee only. Would have appreciated more coffee as well as milk/whitener.

Die Lage zum Zentrum war positiv
Hotel liegt in einer sehr lauten Straße mit viel Musik und lauten Menschen. Die vom Hotel direkt aufs Bett gelegten Ohropax haben leider nichts gebracht. Wir sind dann mitten in der Nacht in ein anderes Hotel gezogen. Kleine Käfer krabbelten über unser Bett und an den Wänden. Der Preis für eine Nacht von 150€ war absolut nicht gerechtfertigt.
Very clean and nicely appointed room near Gare Centrale. The hotel is small and just right for a short stay in Luxembourg before going on to the next destination. Outward appearance is unassuming until you get to the room.
Street noise at night wasn't too bad. It is, after all, near the rail station which is usually "active" in any city. The check-in went smoothly since there was a receptionist on duty. Arriving after hours requires some entering of codes and pushing of buttons. Not my favorite task, but manageable.
I am based in Germany, I have experiences with three stars room in Germany, Italy and Austria but what I was impressed with in this room compared to the others was the amount of details paid attention to. There were almost everything a guest needs in this room, even there was a small fridge. The room was pacious and clean, the bed was comfy. Literally I wanted to live there! The AC was a blessing in the heatwave. The room service was perfect. They were so hospitable that they put two water bottles in the fridge for free and with the room service they put it again. One day, I had an issue with entering to the main building and I called them, they quickly resolved the issue and assigned a new card for my room. The hotel is in a perfect location within the public transportation and you feel the city vibe there. I had a pleasant staying there and enjoyed the city.
I couldn't lock the room from the inside and I couldn't bring public tv on the television, despite I told in person to the reception, they forgot to take care of it and I didn't follow up but nothing serious happened.
There are some bars/clubs located around the hotel, if you are a female solo traveler booking this room, I suggest to come back to your room before 10pm because at midnight the environment might not be comfortable for a woman.
When you enter the room there was a big canvas of Aliens playing with planets as billiards, although I paint and I am scifiction fan, I found it at the beginning akward and a bit creepy, it makes me feel like Alien kidnapping! But then it became normal, but if I were the designer I would put a canvas as galaxy scene not with those Aliens! The walls were in silver, which made sense with the Alien canvas, felt room as a spaceship and I liked it!
Comfortable bed, good AC, great Shower, black out blinds. Quick and easy check in and out procedures. Great location.
The surrounding area can seem a bit sketchy but you can avoid certain areas easily enough.

The area the hotel is in isn't the best. I am a fairly big male and was on my own so it was fine but I wouldn't want to bring my lady here. Groups of non Luxembourg males drinking and numerous strippers and strip bars. Druggy types arguing and being rowdy. If you're a timid traveller give it a miss.
Ubicación: el alojamiento a un paso de estación central. La habitación estaba bastante bien: cama cómoda (solo había un edredón que para 15 grados puede estar bien, pero a 39 grados es inservible), bien equipada, baño muy correcto, aire acondicionado. Lo poco que necesitamos y hablamos con el personal fue correcto.
Ubicación: posiblemente la peor calle de Luxemburgo donde poner un hotel (clubs nocturnos, ruidos y todos los deshechos humanos estaban en esa calle). Solo existe la habitación; el resto del hotel prácticamente no existe: no hay ninguna sala ni instalación adicional.

La ubicación es conveniente, aunque por las noches se escucha algo de ruido de los bares cercanos, lo que puede afectar ligeramente el descanso.
