Pros:

Als Luxemburger kann ich die perfekte Lage bestätigen. Direkt am Place d'Armes gelegen, dem beliebten und belebten Treffpunkt der lokalen Bevölkerung und ein Touristenmagnet. Die Terrasse ist der ideale Spot zum Sehen und Gesehen werden, auf dem gegenüber liegenden Bereich kann man gemütlich unter Platanen verweilen. Auf der Speisekarte gibt es ist erfreulicher einige nationale Spezialitäten und die Qualität des Gebotenen ist auf hohem Niveau. Das Zimmer nach vorne war recht klein, aber die Fenster waren absolut schalldicht, ansonsten sauber ausser dem Schimmelpilz in der Dusche. Super Matratze ....Das Personal ist multilingual zuvorkommend und sehr professionell .

Cons:

Der Schimmel in der Dusche...völlig unverständlich und eine absolute Enttäuschung war hingegen das Frühstück..äusserst spärliches Angebot an Nichtverpacktem in einem kleinen wackeligen Kühlschrank lieblos zusammengewurschtelt.. weder lecker noch frisch. Obstsalat vom Vortag und zähe Brötchen,
Leider eher unteres 2 Sterne Niveau, da geht noch was...

Hierher kann man jederzeit wieder zurückkommen!
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in Bestlage mitten in der Stadt auf der Place d'Armes: Sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar (Palast und Corniche liegen etwa quasi direkt ums Eck), vom Bahnhof aus geht man nur etwa 15 Minuten. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war klein, aber ausreichend, das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf der Terrasse kann man ganz gemütlich einen Cappuccino oder ein Glas Pinot Gris trinken und das Treiben auf dem Platz beobachten, ohne dass man sofort wieder weitergescheucht oder zu Essen und Co. gedrängt wird.

Cons:

Kritikwürdig ist für mich einzig und allein der gewöhnungsbedürftige Föhn (reicht zum Trockenföhnen, nicht aber für Aufwendigeres) und das Hotelbett, das ich sehr unbequem fand (ist aber ja auch Geschmackssache).

Ubicación y trato excelente. Limpieza y desayuno muy bien.
Pros:

Es un hotel pequeño, ha sido reformado recientemente y la limpieza es correctísima. La ubicación es inmejorable, está en el mismo corazón de la ciudad. El transporte público está a sólo tres minutos de distancia.
Cabe destacar que el hotel dispone de aire acondicionado, cosa que valoramos mucho ya que durante nuestra estancia hubo una ola de calor en el país.
El desayuno está bien, tal vez no haya una excesiva variedad (el espacio tampoco lo permite) pero es realmente suficiente y los productos son de excelente calidad.
Los recepcionistas fueron en todo momento amabilísimos y debido a una pequeña confusión a la llegada nos asignaron una habitación mejor que la que habíamos pagado.
Si en otra ocasión regreso a Luxemburgo, sin dudarlo volveré a elegir este hotel.

Cons:

No tengo ningún motivo de queja. Si pudiese cambiar algo, me habría gustado que el precio fuera menos elevado, pero todos los precios en Luxemburgo son muy altos y no es "culpa" del hotel.

leuk in het centrum, wel krap allemaal.
Pros:

Hotel midden in centrum, leuk dat je vanuit hotel zo op het terras kon gaan zitten. leuken kunstwerken op de verdiepingen.

Cons:

Badkamer toch wel hier en daar schimmelvlekken.
foyer erg krap, veel langs elkaar lopen van personeel met dienbladen en gasten.
parkeren is niet de meest handige manier om in een ander hotel de key te moeten halen, en dan vervolgens zoeken welk kastje je nodig hebt om de slagboom te openen.
Ontbijt was typisch frans, weinig opsmuk, minder keus, wel goeie koffie.

In de watten gelegd
Pros:

Prima personeel, vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Hielpen met bagage en hond uit auto halen en deze te parkeren. Leuk terras om zowel te ontbijten als te dineren. Bedankt allemaal!!!!!

Personale molto gentile ed efficiente nel risolvere un piccolo problema con una finestra. Posizione nella centralissima Piazza d'Armi
