Wir waren zufrieden.
Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Im 1. Zimmer Probleme mit dem Abfluss.
Haben ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, dann war alles ok.
Wir haben in Sri Lanka schlechtere Hotels gehabt.

Cons:

Die Liegen/Sonnenschirme am Strand müssten erneuert werden. Wir haben uns nebenan hingelegt.

Pros:

Direkte Lage am schönen Arugam Bay. Kostenlose Nutzung der Liegen am Strand. Das Zimmer war für 2 Nächte okay. Freundliche Managerin und das Frühstück wurde frisch zubereitet.

Pros:

Das Hotel hatte eine tolle Lage und ist eines der wenigen in Arugam Bay mit lLiegen am Strand.
Die Zimmer waren vollkommen OK. Die Badezimmer waren auch zweckmäßig. Es war grundsätzlich alles sauber, man könnte aber sicherlich bei gründlicher Reinigung noch optisch einiges rausholen. Die Mitarbeiter an der Beach Bar waren alle sehr freundlich.

De locatie is goed

Cons:

Als je kamer 11 of 12 krijgt, weiger. Je ligt naast de boiler en hoort om minimaal de minuut een onregelmatig geluid en het ruikt maar het riool.

A better management
Pros:

What made the experience even more disappointing was the way the management handled the situation, including unnecessary arguments rather than taking responsibility and assisting us professionally. This level of service was far below what we expected and made our stay very frustrating.

Cons:

The ac in the room needs some service or gas refill and the electricity kept on glitching they need to do a proper maintenance
