Very nice property.
Pros:

Beautifully landscaped property. Older but comfortable rooms. Numerous pools and easy access to the beach. A small affordable store on property. Easy and rapid check in and check out. Nice poolside restaurant.

Cons:

No umbrellas at the pool.

Estancia agradable, con buenas vistas y muchas piscinas personal a mejorar
Pros:

Es muy amplio y está frente al mar todo el mobiliario muy cómodo y adaptado para las personas que éramos (en este caso 12) todo en buen estado

Cons:

El personal de seguridad en especial uno que se llama Filemón , parecía acoso más que vigilancia todo el tiempo molestando a los huéspedes , por los demás eran más atentos y empaticos

Pros:

Die Anlage hat zwar ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich, ist aber sehr gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist exzellent. Breite schöne Strände, mehrere Pools direkt daneben. Weitläufiger Park mit Palmen und viel Grün. Kein Schnickschnack. Tolles großzügiges Zimmer. Das Personal super nett. Keiner versucht irgendeinen Mist zu verkaufen.

Excelentes vacaciones
Pros:

La limpieza y la ubicación de el hotel, los árboles, y todo muy bien.
No niego que al principio no me gustó mucho la habitación, pero ya cuando paso el día y Vi más hoteles, fue cuando mi perspectiva cambio, e indudablemente recomendado volvería 1000 veces más.

Cons:

Todo muy bien 👌🏽

Seguridad y ambiente agradable, diversión en familia

Hemos llegado ahi 3 veces en años pasados, nos agrada por la ubicación y la facilidad de las villas para poder cocinar y compartir en familia algunos momentos libres, mientras algunos compañeros y yo lo alternamos con actividades de la convención a la que asistimos a Puerto Vallarta casi cada Mayo. En lo personal aliento a que mi grupo se hospede ahí porque nos queda practico ir al super, el centro de convenciones no está tan retirado. Espero que se nos considere como futuro grupo que seguirá hospedándose ahi en una fecha como lo es el 10 de mayo y podercontar con villas en primer piso

Cons:

Que no se realiza el aseo en toda la villa, solo en las habitaciones, nos quedamos sin agua de garrafón y toco conseguir hasta pasadas las 9:00 am para que se surtiera el garrafón. Creo que se puede dejar un garrafón extra en villas grandes

Wonderful, Large, clean, comfortable room with patio. View of landscaping and foliage from the room and patio. Excellent restaurant (not hotel affiliated, but on hotel grounds) It had pretty reasonable prices and good food. We ate most meals there and were pleased. Very peaceful sunset and pool view from the restaurant.

Cons:

Didn't have correct password for 1+ day so no Internet. Finally resolved. No info in the room about contacting reception by phone. The obvious 0 did nothing. When I got the number from the desk how to call them on the second day, only 1 time was it answered. I was directed to call back the same number in 20 minutes. I made at least 25 calls attempting to see if we could pay to stay a few more hours since there was a 5 hour gap before our timeshare check-in elsewhere. No answers to calls. Zero. I had to walk to the office to request man for baggage help at regular checkout time because no one had answered the phone in 2.5 hours. I consider that kind of problem serious, particularly if emergency. Every room should have that info. We really liked this resort except for the totally inexcusable phone situation and error on Wifi password card. I'm not sure if we will return next year. Too bad.
