IT. REALLY. SUCKED!!

EVERYTHING I CARRIED INTO THE THIS HOTEL WAS STOLEN FROM ME 2 HOURS LATER - DOCUMENTS (US PASSPORT, BIRTH CERTIFICATE, SS CARD) CLOTHES, PERSONAL EFFECTS, WATCHES, ELECTRONICS (MY IPHONE AND WALLET WERE SPARED) MEDICINES, TOILETRIES - BY EMPLOYEES INCLUDING THE FRONT DESK WOMAN, A HOUSEKEEPER AND HER YOUNG SON - 2 HOURS AFTER CHECK-IN WHEN I LEFT THE BLDG FOR 10 MINUTES TO BUY A COKE. MY DEMAND OF THE FRONT DESK TO SUMMON POLICE WENT UNHEEDED FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR. I SUSPECTED THE HOUSEKEEPER AND HER SON IMMEDIATELY. THEY LINGERED AROUND THE FRONT DESK, ACTING SMUG, LAUGHING AT MY DEMANDS, AND ACTING LIKE THEY WERE CALLING THE POLICE. THE FRONT DESK WOMAN DREW MY IRE DUE TO THE WAY SHE WAS ACTING (SCARED AND UNFOCUSED). HOTEL MANAGEMENT WAS SUMMONED TO THE SITE. THEY MADE EVERY EFFORT TO SUPPORT THEIR COMPLICIT EMPLOYEES. POLICE ARRIVED AN HOUR LATER. I WAS ASSISTED WITH LANGUAGE TRANSLATIONS BY A GUEST FROM THE US, FOR THE DURATION OF THE EVENING. I RESIGNED FOR THE NIGHT - LATE, HAVING MADE A TRIP TO THE CUERNAVACA POLICE STATION TO SPEAK TO A VICTIM ADVOCATE.

we did not have any rest, the next morning we were gone by 5:30. am
Pros:

It was spotless, it's on old construction and nice
but the restaurant is a couple tables and chairs
a longer table for counter but what served as kitchen is hard to explain. We were not inspired to eat. We ate at a lot of places very tipical in Mexico visiting and even on the streets sometimes but it was atractive not there.
the shower was nice hot water, the toilet was next to the shower on the opposite side but you were
not able to dit on it from the front there was no place for the leggs and no mattras it must be concrete that was yhe worst.

Cons:

a good mattrass on the bed and a normal place for the toilet

Estaba cerca del centro de cuernavaca

Cons:

La alberca estaba sucia, en la habitación había un sillón roto y viejo lo cual daba muy mal aspecto , el wey de la recepción se emputaba si le preguntabas algo como saber cómo obtener la clave del wifi el desayuno de 55 pesos estaba muy básico tenían Cafe y no te lo ofrecían tuve que pedirles si me podían dar por favor en general es muy mal hotel.

Pros:

Příjemný personál, co chtěl řešit problémy. Dobrá cena, parkování v areálu.

Cons:

Bohužel při příjezdu byl hotel bez elektřiny. Personál se omluvil a čekal. jestli tedy chceme zůstat. Zůstali jsme do rána elektřinu opravili.

Realmente el hotel es lo que se ve, está en la zona de Santa María a 6 km del centro histórico de Cuernavaca.

Estuvo bastante bien para la ubicación, realmente solo lo usamos para dormir.
