Hotel'in konumu çok iyiydi özellikle şehir merkezine direk açılması gayet memnun edici bir durumdu.Otel çalışanları nazik ve kibardı.Kahvaltı servisi yapan bayan arkadaşların ilgisi çok güzeldi.İlk gün çocuklu boş oda yoktu.Ama ertesi gün direk bize uygun yeni bir oda verdiler.Elbiselerimizin yıkanması için çok yardımcı oldular.

Cons:

Odada uygun konumlu priz yoktu.Biz çoğaltıcı özellikli priz istedik ama temin edilmedi.Aslında getireceklerini söylediler ama sonra kimse birşey demedi.Biz ertesi gün yeni odaya taşındıktan sonra 2 gün daha kaldık ama odamız biz ayrılana kadar hiç temizlenmedi.
