We were disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Staff tried to do their best, but there were too many issues.

Cons:

Shower did not drain, flooding bathroom and into bedroom. No shower barrier to stop water from running everywhere in bathroom. Staff would not give us a new room. Wifi did not work in the room as stone walls, stone floor, and distance prevented signal from reaching our top floor room. Both breakfast and supper meals were not very good, and hotel location was not convenient to have meals elsewhere.

Muy buena atención, buen recibimiento por el personal

Cons:

Te dan un menú SIN PRECIOS y está MUY alejados de cualquier lugar para comer, entonces uno cae y come ahí, luego, te cobran mucho más costoso la comida que el alojamiento, poca comida para lo mucho que lo cobran

Pros:

So far the best hotel we stayed in during our trip in Morocco. (One of the most expensive too)
I really recommend the combo hammam gommage + massage. The spa staff is really competent.

Cons:

The dinner at the restaurant can be a little bit expensive in my opinion.

Für die Reise von oder nach Merzouge ein optimaler Stopp
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer, Getränke wurden im Kühlschrank für uns gekühlt, auch ein Pizza Lieferservice wurde für uns bestellt.

Cons:

Wenn ich etwas schreiben müsste dann wäre es der fehlende Kühlschrank. Das Bett evtl etwas hart. Aber das ist immer alles Sache des Empfindens.

Excelente! Muy recomendable
Pros:

Estaba muy limpio.
El hotel es muy bonito y todo está nuevo. Excepcional para Marruecos.

La localización es muy bonita pero de noche cuesta llegar.

Cons:

El desayuno es flojo para la categoría y la experiencia del restaurante. Si mejorase un pelín sería el mejor hotel que he estado en Marruecos.

Pros:

L’esmorzar està molt bé. És bufet lliure.
Les vistes des de l’hotel son fantàstiques. Vam demanar un canvi d’habitació a una altre amb terrassa, i les vistes eren fenomenals.
No està al centre però si disposes de vehicle propi, cap problema.

Pros:

Die Zimmer und der Aufenthaltsbereich waren sehr schön … die Aussicht auf die Umgebung wunderbar … das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Nachtessen war sehr dürftig… lieblos und zu teuer für das Gebotene…
