Please note that construction work is taking place nearby and the property may be affected by noise.

Keep in mind all our houses have stairs and are not accessable for people who have trouble walking. Also our houses are designed in 1 open space. The bathrooms are divided by glass walls.

We have several different houses available, please make sure to click on "Holiday Home" to see the specific photos per house to see which house you are booking. All our houses have stairs and they are not accessible for guests that have difficulty walking.

Parties and unauthorized guests are strictly forbidden.

Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of € 30 per stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

I had a nice stay! The room is very clean, and the internet was fast and reliable throughout my visit and work. The Aircon worked perfectly fine during my stay.
The hosts were warm, friendly, and provide help.

Location is very convenient for me. Also, the outdoor setting along the Amstel is very nice.

Cons:

Alles is vies omdat de keuken geen afzuigkap heeft, waardoor het hele huis onder de verdampte olie zit. De bank was door de hond kapotgebeten, het plafond zat vol spinnenwebben en overal lag stof. De prullenbak in de wc was ook niet vervangen sinds de vorige gast. De voordeur sloot niet goed en van binnen kon je door de kier naar buiten kijken. De badkamerdeur maakte een heel hard geluid bij het openen en sluiten, wat ’s nachts erg storend was. Het gaat om unit 51.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft, zu empfehlen

Sehr ruhige und wunderschöne Lage. Man kam problemlos in die Innenstadt Dank guter Bus und Metroverbindung. Sehr nette Vermieter die jederzeit Erreichbar waren. Uns ist versehentlich die Tür zugefallen und der Schlüssel lag noch drin. War uns sehr unangenehm aber die beiden haben total lieb reagiert und sind gegen 3 Uhr nachts noch gekommen. Kommunikation war immer top. Sehr toll eingerichtet. Gemütlich, man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer hat keine Tür und liegt quasi offen. Stand leider nicht vorher irgendwo und ist glaube ich, auch nicht bei allen Häusern so. Wir konnten das aber dennoch gut regeln...war auch glücklicherweise schönes Wetter.

Die Anbindung mit Bussen war gut, man konnte auch gut zum Stadion mit Bus oder Auto fahren. Die Betten waren bequem. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit alten Holzbalken und weißen Wänden, modern gestaltetes Badezimmer

Cons:

In der Küche fehlte ein Obstmesser und etwas größere Tassen (zumindest 250 ml) wāren schön gewesen. Richtig ärgerlich war jedoch, dass die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden konnten und wir frische Luft durch die Tür reinlesen mussten.
