Exceeded expectations
Pros:

Hugely attentive staff, charming and polite and went the extra mile. Our room was huge (double comfort room) the rooftop pool and bar was stunning, again service was excellent .. also one of the best breakfast displays I’ve seen

A great 4 star hotel , very clean and helpful staff including at breakfast and room cleaning.
Pros:

The property is fairly new and absolutely clean. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Guest relations manager Mr Youssef Manssouri is a star and a big asset for the hotel. He’s always very helpful and smiling . Speaks to all guests at breakfast .

Pros:

Cette hôtel correspond bien à son nom LONGUE VIE si j’étais tout les jours là-bas avec le personnel professionnel attentionné! Un confort exceptionnel au niveau du service. On ne peux que avoir une longue vie.
