Pros:

Nous aimerions souligner l'attention portée aux détails afin d'offrir un maximum de confort aux clients, que ce soit dans les chambres, au petit-déjeuner ou dans les espaces communs.
Cet établissement présente l’un des meilleures
des meilleures rapport qualité prix de Marrakech !!!
Mon mari et moi travaillons dans l'hôtellerie et la conciergerie, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le soin apporté au service.
Le manager est très a l’écoute et chaleureux !!
Nous avons également profité du spa avec un massage relaxant. Un grand merci à Nadia, la masseuse, pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse.
Nous souhaitons aussi remercier Fouad, qui s'occupait du petit-déjeuner le matin. Il a été très accueillant, courtois et toujours souriant.

Cons:

En revanche, nous n'avons pas apprécié l'attitude du réceptionniste présent à notre arrivée, vers 15h30. Lorsque nous l'avons appelé pour nous renseigner sur la prestation du , il a raccroché avant même que je puisse terminer ma demande. Nous avons trouvé ce comportement peu professionnel et regrettable, car il ne correspond pas au niveau de service que l'on attend d'un établissement de cette catégorie.

Tout était parfait, Équipe très souriante, magnifique chambre spacieuse. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe.

Good choice if you’re not bothered by road noise
