Le goût du luxe en étant proche de la Médina.
Pros:

Un séjour court mais magnifique. J'ai été surclassé en suite présidentielle pour mon anniversaire et c'était une très bonne surprise. La chambre est spacieuse et très propre. Les deux télévision sont un plus non négligeable. Et toute l'équipe est très agréable et professionnelle. La piscine sur le rooftop est très calme et c'est parfait pour prendre un peu de soleil. Le petit déjeuner est également très bon.

Cons:

Il manque juste une salle de sport mais tout était parfait.

DELICIOUSLY LUXURIOUS, AN OASIS OF VALM

My lady and I spent 2 nights here after an 8 day whistle stop tour of Morocco. We were seeking comfort and a relaxed vibe. Our expectations were well exceeded.
Hotel is immaculately clean and well presented throughout. Our junior suite luxurious, with a delightful balcony and garden view. Plenty of gratis toiletries. A kettle, coffee machine with plenty of supplies. Staff courteous, helpful, efficient to a man (or woman).Top roof pool patio an absolute paradise. Breakfast truly a feast for all tastes and palates. My lady so very happy, therefore my life a quiet one....

Cons:

Very hard to pick a hole....No alcohol served here; not a problem get a carry out, sit on yr balcony with a cold one in the late afternoon sun!

Falsely advertised room

Very disappointing experience. The room was falsely advertised. We booked the Presidential Suite because the listing clearly stated there was a separate bedroom and a separate living room with a sofa bed. On arrival, there was only one actual bed and the sofa was not a sofa bed at all.

The hotel acknowledged the issue but said there was nothing they could do, offering only another single-room setup with two beds. We specifically booked this room for separate sleeping areas and privacy.

Nice-looking room, but the layout did not match the listing we paid for. Misleading and frustrating experience.

Luxury stay in Marrakech
Pros:

Wonderful hotel, very conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from both the historic centre and the modern part of Morocco. We truly felt like we were staying in a palace. The service was excellent, the rooms were spacious and beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious. Everything was very pleasant. The pool offers an amazing view over the city and the mosque. The area is prestigious, calm, and very safe. We highly recommend this hotel — we really had a fantastic stay.

Le cafard m’a fait quitter l’hôtel . Je passé une nuit et je n’ai pas pu passer la nuit suivante.

Home feeling with service
Pros:

It’s a very cozy and beautifully decorated hotel. We stayed in Mysk room…very spacious and comfortable. It didn’t feel like a hotel room at all…more like coming home (as you don’t need to pass the lobby), through the main gate then left through the garden and then the door! Toilets were separate from the main room so very good! The staff very friendly! We even could feed the birds which made my 2 year old ecstatic!
