Pros:

Trato del personal. Desayuno muy completo y abundante. El día que cenamos fue muy bueno todo. La ubicación es muy buena. Muy limpio y con una piscina en la azotea pequeña pero muy agradable.

Cons:

La señal del wifi es insuficiente y de poco alcance. Hubo un día que hubo descoordinación entre empleados.
Un día solicitamos desayunar antes de la hora y nos dijeron que si. Cuando fuimos a desayunar el chico en recepción no sabía nada, no se lo habían dicho. Lo solucionó haciendo unos croissants y unos zumos de naranja.

Pros:

Das Personal war ohne Ausnahme liebenswert und sehr hilfsbereit. Ein ganz großes Kompliment! Man hat sich gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt.
Wir fanden die Zimmer, haben Charakter. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Garten und eines der beiden Zimmer, das wir dort hatten. Die Entfernung zur Medina ist sehr klein und man ist völlig abgeschirmt von der Hektik.
Wir empfehlen das Hotel wärmstens.

It was a quiet and peaceful stay at the Sillage Hotel and Spa in Marrakech
Pros:

The location of the Restaurant for breakfast was great, easily seen.
Also it was quite comprehensive, as I also got a bread platter.
I took this with me as I was beginning a very long train ride.

Cons:

I do not know why, but taxis at the Train Station did as if they did not know the location of the hotel.
If allowed, perhaps the hotel can consider a subtle advert at the Garre de Tran

Great experience, a little luxury break
Pros:

Great location and facilities.
Just a note for anyone who wants to know it doesn’t have a bar as it’s an alcohol free establishment in keeping with the surrounding area.

The hotel is walking distance to the busy Medina, but provides a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle.
Pros:

Our 3 day stay as a couple was a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were very accommodating from the outset and even offered a free upgrade to the presidential suite, after my wife was unhappy with the first room we had been allocated.

Een mooi hotel met ruime kamers en een heerlijke douche, centraal gelegen!
Pros:

Kamer was ruim en heerlijk koel dankzij de airco. Ontbijt was geweldig en dat geldt ook voor het personeel. Je kunt er makkelijk parkeren en alle bezienswaardigheden van Marrakech zijn op loopafstand.

Magnifique séjour reposant
Pros:

Le calme, la propreté, la localisation, le petit déjeuner ainsi que le personnel très attentionné. C’est mon troisième passage et je compte revenir
