Great budget accomodation with history.
Pros:

Excellent budget accomodation witb history, a short walk to supermarket, cafes, bookstores, the beach and the Medina. Rooftop terrace is cool and inviting. Clean and functional. Would have stayed 23 days if i could.

Cons:

Some staff had no English - but maybe I shoud learn French or Arabic.

Cons:

L'expérience était nulle, il m'ont proposé une chambre avec petits lits salles séparé en plus alors que j'ai souligné que j'étais avec mon épouse, sans salle de bain sans douche tout était au fond du couloir, quand j'ai contesté il m'ont poussé à payer 10€ de plus pour avoir une chambre avec à seul grand lit. Il y a énormément d'humidité de partout avec. Vu sur chantier et le meuble était cassé et désagréable. Voir photos

Precio y limpio, cómodo, nos esperaron y abrieron a la 1.30am que llegamos aún cuando el check in era hasta las 11.30pm

Iconic literary history - a lingering part of world that doesn't really exist anymore.
Pros:

This is a historical hotel - a space from a former time - no luxury, just cheap, private rooms. Want to wake up in a room that Kerouac, Ginsberg or Burroughs slept in? This is the place. Want to stay in a place with personality with a beautiful view? El Muniria is for you. Used to hostels? This place will feel grand!

Great hot water and shower pressure, lovely and accommodating staff, great views, terrace access and so much history.

Cons:

Not a dislike, just a note for potential guests: This was my third stay at El Muniria and the only time I've taken a shared toilet room. You only share with one other double room, so it's really not a problem but if it's total privacy you're after, just book a private bathroom room!

Nao me deram o quarto que reservei e a resposta que obtive foi que ja estavam lotados sendo que paguei por isso. Camas duras feito madeira, nao parece ter colchão, limpeza totalmente horrivel, havia bichos no chao, cabelo na cama, roupas de cama e toalhas sujas, cabeceira da cama suja, um verdadeiro desleixo e falta de respeito com o cliente que merece o mínimo: higiene!
O banheiro partilhado a porta nao fecha!
Nao é a toa as reviews negativas, o lugar realmente é decepcionante! Pior experiência de viagem que já tive.
