Pulizia (ragnatele), manutenzione stanza, tv inutilizzabile, Wi-Fi non funzionante, BAGNO ( porta fatta da tronchetti, che non davano nessun tipo di privacy nè di odori, nè di rumori, vergognosa scelta fare un bagno così)

Pros:

Bellissima struttura, camere accoglienti e pulite. Posizione centrale e comoda.

Cons:

Essendo agosto l’aria condizionata é indispensabile però la camera aveva solo scuri e zanzariere e questi, restando chiusi, rendevano la stanza un po’ buia

It's a nice hotel and very central. The family rooms are really spacious and unique. The towels and linen smell amazing. The pool was lovely. The air-conditioning was good and a welcome respite from the heat.

Cons:

One of our rooms was at ground level and didn't feel very private as the windows were facing the restaurant. The doors didn't fit very well, so mosquitoes were able to get into the room. Breakfast was quite basic.

Pros:

El trato del staff espectacular, la decoración hermosa, limpieza impecable, lo mejor de todo excelente ubicación, se llega caminando en menos de 10 min a la playa, al muelle del ferry y al centro donde están todos los bares y restaurantes.

Además el desayuno espectacular, si bien no es buffet es demasiado rico, con harta fruta sabrosa, varias preparaciones de huevo muy contundentes, además de los otros 3 menú de desayunos disponibles.

Cons:

Las noches de fin de semana se escucha el ruido de la calle si tu habitación está cerca de la entrada pero muy bajo. Como feedback sería espectacular que pusieran algún ventilador en el área de desayuno para bajar un poco el calor y también que usaran incensos o quemaran copal en la tarde para ahuyentar un poco a los mosquitos que en esta época están intensos.

Toplocatie in Holbox
Pros:

Toplocatie, dicht bij de ferry, het centrum van Holbox en het strand. De kamer was zeer proper en leuk ingericht.
Het zwembad was fijn en verfrissend, en ook het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker, met onder andere heerlijke chilaquiles.

Cons:

De ontbijtruimte ligt buiten en heeft geen airco of waaiers, waardoor het er erg warm is en je veel last hebt van muggen. Een kleine koelkast op de kamer zou ook een mooie extra zijn.
