Interesting town, nice place to stay.
Pros:

Very private, good view of Pena. Wonderful breakfasts.

Cons:

Many stairs. Needed more towels as they didn’t dry overnight.

Overall our stay was pleasent and we recommend it. But there is room for improvement in facilities and services.
Pros:

The view of the Peña is just exceptional. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast attention and quality were very good.

Cons:

The TV and cable service were poor. Security box did not work. Some in room services like coffee, cups and water, were not excellent.

La mejor opción para alejarte del mundo.
Pros:

Es increible el silencio total y lo hermoso que es el hotel y realmente la mejor vista de la Peña. Tiene una hermosa terraza amplia. Y las suites son bastante cómodas.

No tiene restaurante. No tiene bar. No tiene alberca. No hay niños. No hay juegos para niños. No hay meseros. No hay menú. No hay teléfono. No hay nada. No hay nadie. Nadie te molesta. Nadie te incomoda. Es perfecto! Pero, al mismo tiempo, tiene un super wifi y un # de whatsapp q te dan en cuanto llegas, donde tres personas están atentos las 24 hrs por si necesitaras algo. Inclusive si necesitas q llamen un mototaxi para ti, llega en 10 min.

Si necesitas una toalla extra, en 2 min aparecen de la nada, tocan tu puerta te la entregan y vuelven a desaparecer, Parece magia!

La entrada al hotel, como a tu suite es con clave. Puedes llegar cuando quieras, a la hora que quieras. Es muy seguro.

Obviamente este hotel no es para todos, es para los que buscamos tranquilidad.

Inclusive te regalan un desayuno simple de cortesía, todos los días, en su hermosa terraza.

Y a pesar q está hasta arriba del pueblo, lejos de todo, sólo está a 6 min del centro en mototaxi.

Una maravilla para los q buscamos tranquilidad y silencio. Dejas tu carro en el hotel y todo lo haces con mototaxi.

It’s simply a charming place. The hotel was beautiful, in a Mexican colonial style, the staff’s service was super incredible, the breakfasts were delicious, the room was beautiful, and the hotel’s views were fascinating.

En general la atención, las instalaciones, la comida (desayuno), etc fue excelente, muchísimas gracias por hacer de nuestra estancia una experiencia super agradable.

Cons:

Mmm entendemos que hubo problemas con el WiFi por el clima, solo como observación colocar un perchero en la habitación y un botecito de basura adicional al del baño.

Pros:

Es un excelente lugar para descansar y admirar el paisaje, el trato del personal es de 10 , la atención que nos brindaron antes de nuestra llegada fue rápida y siempre resolvieron nuestras dudas o peticiones, siempre hubo agua caliente en la ducha , las instalaciones están en muy buenas condiciones, la ubicación del hotel nos encantó pues es silencioso por las noches lo que permite el descanso, está muy cerca del acceso a la peña.

Pros:

Le cadre exceptionnel de cet établissement avec une vue imprenable sur la Peña de Bernal. La décoration de l'ensemble des parties communes est de très bon goût. Le service du petit-déjeuner très efficace assuré par une dame qui était très aimable et la vue sur le monolithe

Cons:

Le linge de lit assez peu commun (mais c'est un petit détail en comparaison de tous les autres aspects favorables)
