Rozczarowanie.
Pros:

Na plus chyba tylko sympatyczni pracownicy, czysta pościel i ręczniki oraz dogodna lokalizacja (przy założeniu że jesteś zmotoryzowany).

Cons:

Analizując oferty zarówno prywatne jak i hoteli z okolicy zdecydowaliśmy się na ten 3 gwiazdkowy hotel ze śniadaniami, z opinią 8,4.
Nie rozumiem skąd opinie aż na poziomie 8,4.
Wybraliśmy apartament DELUXE, który niestety okazał się deluxe wyłącznie z nazwy.
Pokój w budynku głównym, z wejściem z zewnątrz.
Łóżko niezbyt wygodne.
Zalewająca łazienkę cieknąca woda spod brodzika, połamana deska sedesowa, okropny smród z kanalizacji uniemożliwiający komfortowe korzystanie z toalety, a wręcz z całego apartamentu, wbrew opisom i opiniom bardzo akustyczne ściany, przez które słychać było nawet ziewanie sąsiadów, naprawdę odebrały nam radość z tego pobytu. Nie poprosiliśmy o zmianę wyłącznie dlatego, że planowaliśmy zostać tam tylko dwie noce, ale ten pobyt naprawdę nie należał do przyjemnych.
Śniadania - cóż, niewielki wybór, stolik na którym wystawione jest jedzenie jest niedoświetlony, przez co jedzenie nie wygląda apetycznie, najsmaczniejsze właściwie było ich prawdopodobnie wypiekane na miejscu pieczywo, oraz kawa.
Po doświadczeniach ze śniadaniem nie zdecydowaliśmy się na posiłki w hotelowej restauracji.
Ogólnie wielkie rozczarowanie. To moja pierwsza w historii booking negatywna opinia, nie wiem czy ogólna "5" nie jest nawet zawyżona.
P.S. Napisałam kilka słów do obiektu, bez żadnej reakcji zwrotnej.

Pros:

Отель оправдал свои ожидания, очень уютные, чистые номера, хорошее расположение, сытный плотный завтрак и в целом неплохой ресторан при отеле. Мы жили в здании с рестораном, но к отелю относится ещё один корпус, с большим количеством номеров. Перед ними располагается хорошая парковка. В номерах регулярно меняют полотенца, есть чайник,холодильник.

Cons:

Достаточно плохая звукоизоляция, хорошо слышали соседний номер и все, что происходило на лестнице, но в целом, это не особо помешало отдыху

Pros:

We got room no.10 which is in the main building. The room is big with a sitting area. Breakfast was plentiful - mini croissants, pain au chocolat, yoghurt, cereal, sunny side eggs, fresh fruits, nice coffee and etc with prompt service.

Cons:

The bed is low and soft. We can feel the spring of the mattress and the shower is leaking

Pros:

Limpio, personal muy amable, habitación amplia, el baño amplio y la ducha perfecta. Sitio para aparcar, el desayuno muy bueno y completo y el comedor del hotel con una oferta amplia, buenos precios y platos ricos y abundantes.

Cons:

La cama!!! Terriblemente dura. Estuvimos 3 noches, no hubiera soportado una cuarta.
Nos cambiaban las toallas todos los días, no es que no me haya gustado, pero no era necesario.

Pros:

The breakfast was lovely and the staff very friendly. The location was out of the town but very good if you have a car. Parking was free.

Cons:

I have a list. We stayed in room 306 which is important. If you are planning on a stay are allocated that room I would.want to confirm the following issues are resolved or ask for another room. These are basics.

The curtains did not cover the window so light came in early and woke us up. They actually fell off when lightly touched at the end of our stay.
The lights had to be left off as they flickered constantly and we were worried about the electrics There was also a plug socket hanging out of the wall.
The bathroom shower plug hole was blocked with only knows what.
The mattress was older than me and I'm in my mid forties so was extremely uncomfortable. The floor would have offered more support.
The bedding and the pillows should have been burnt years ago
No kettle for tea and coffee in the room.
The room was cold with no way of adjusting the temperature and the lack of a functional duvet compounded this.
I'm really sorry I know how to manage my own expectations but there were places we could have booked cheaper and got better. Very disappointed.

El personal fue muy agradable y el entorno es precioso. El restaurante del hotel es un 10! Tanto en los desayunos (vale la pena pagarlo) como las cenas esta todo riquísimo
