La habitación que nos dieron no era la que figuraba en nuestra reserva . Era un piso más arriba por escalera y al cuarto había que entrar con mucho cuidado para no golpearse la cabeza .

Emplacement fabuleux. Point positif pour le fait d'être récupérés en voiturette à l'entrée de la vieille ville.
Le personnel est aimable et compétent.
La chambre était spacieuse et bien aménagée. Elle disposait d'une clim. Des volets sont également présents, ce qui permet de ne pas être réveillé trop tôt par le lever du jour.
Petit déjeuner à volonté complet et copieux. Il y en a pour tous les goûts !
La difficulté pour se garer avant d'arriver à l'hôtel... Nous pensions trouver un parking exclusivement réservé à l'hôtel mais nous avons du trouver une place nous-même, par chance, proche de l'entrée de la vieille ville.
Le bruit dans la cour intérieure est insupportable. Si la porte entre la chambre et le couloir n'est pas fermée le bruit reste fort et présent.
Difficulté également pour trouver la piscine malgré les explications à l'aller par le chauffeur. La piscine ferme aussi très tôt: 18h
Les petits détails pour ce type de prestations sont également importants: joint en silicone dans la salle de bain non fini, poubelle cabossée, meubles dans la chambre abîmés (peinture dégradée...), manque de prises électriques proche du lit...
All staff is very good. They can help us as much as possible. Breakfast is unbelieveble.
Firstly, i need to say that it is historical place, the expectation must not be about comfortable, because we cannot enter street by driving a car, also it is very hard to find car parking for free , otherwise price of parking is very expensive. Some of the room is very dark, standart room is very small. Pool is not clean.
Good location in the centre of the village, the breakfast was nice enough and the restaurant terrace has a great view. The room was spacious but simple.
The room was spacious but needed a bench or somewhere to sit down or put your belongings. The facilities in the room were basic (kettle and drink selection, desk and chair, small tv). While we were relaxing in the room three workmen arrived to do something to our sink (we had not requested help, it was fine) so they interrupted our rest time and then left muddy footprints all over the bathroom and bedroom floor. We also booked a taxi through the hotel, they asked us to wait at reception for a buggy to take us to the place where our taxi was waiting (it is a pedestrian only zone) but nobody came to meet us, we ended up being late for our taxi which luckily waited.

Loved our room near the pool. Very comfortable bed. A lot of steps and a bit of a walk to the main hotel area for breakfast but didn’t mind that at all. Breakfast by the water was a treat we looked forward to every day. The location was perfect for us. A lovely, peaceful, special place. Perfect place to relax for a few days.
The Conte is a nice hotel, near the water front. Restaurant is good - breakfast was very nice. The manager was very helpful as we had to leave a day early and he refunded our night.
Stayed in a 3-bed villa that needed some interior renovation. The downstairs bedrooms were dark and small; the upstairs bedrooms were basic, and only one had air conditioning. Both bathrooms were tiny. One was quite old, and the drain smelt bad. The shower sealant was peeling, and there was a big boiler sticking out of the wall, making the space feel even tighter. The other bathroom had part of the shower screen removed as it had broken but not been replaced, I assume. The living space was ok, but quite dark. The outside space was nice, but one of the tables was broken. This was mentioned to a staff member along with the shower, but nothing was done about it.
Für eine Junior-Suite in einem 4 Sterne-Hotel war das alles in allem so okay - mehr aber auch niccht.
Das Zimmer war recht groß, das Bad eher etwas eng und mickrig. Die Lage des Hauses (Zi. Nr. 40) war im 2. OG gut und die Anzahl der Treppenstufen machbar. Höher am Hang wäre nicht gut gewesen.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Klimaanlage war sehr nützlich und wichtig - leider nicht so gut regulierbar wie nötig.
Das WLAN war stabil und 24/ verfügbar - schön. Im Fernsehbereich gab es leider nur 2 (nicht so wichtige) deutschsprachige Sender. Schade.
Vielleich noch 2 weitere deutsche Fernsehsender (= mit Nachrichten ?)
Der tägliche Kampf um den PKW-Parkplatz ist nicht so schön - aber aufgrund des Platzmangels wohl unverneidlich.
Le restaurant était top, je mettrai un 10/10. Le personnel est compétent, formé et répond à toutes les demandes et très professionnel.
Le lit était confortable.
Dans cet établissement, il y a plusieurs sites :
Premièrement, il n’y a pas de partie de parking, il faut garer sa voiture à l’extérieur ou une personne indique où on pourra se garer et on le payera la réception le jour du départ.
Deuxièmement, on vous amène en voiture électrique jusque à l’hôtel, vous laissez vos affaires, il n’y avait pas de post-it avec nos noms, on a pas su si elles étaient surveiller ou pas, mais il n’y a eu aucun désagrément à ce niveau là.
On nous indique donc, que notre chambre est prête, on s’attend à monter dans l’hôtel, pas possible, l’hôtel se trouve sur un autre emplacement plus loin. On nous amène en voiture où il faut monter un escalier.
Et pour prendre le petit déjeuner il faut repartir à pied jusqu’à l’hôtel, où il y a le restaurant à côté. Ça fait beaucoup de déplacement.
La chambre :
Elle était identique à ce que j’ai réservé ça, je ne peux rien dire dessus. Toutefois il y avait qu une seule carte d accès sur les deux qui fonctionnait, attention il ne fallait pas la perdre.
La clim fonctionnait bien. Un point positif. La télé ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons appelé la réception à 18h pour que qu’elle vienne la personne est venue à 23h. Elle a pas su résoudre le problème. Nous avons pas regardé la télévision.
Nous étions avec d’autres personnes dans cet établissement très respectueux, car on entend la personne qui ouvre l abattant des toilettes dans la chambre d’à côté, la personne qui tousse les gens quand ils parlent un peu fort, ce n’était pas le séjour que j’avais prévu.
Le point final, on fait le Checkout là on nous annonce qu’une voiture électrique va venir nous prendre en charge pour nous amener à notre voiture au bout de 25 minutes d’attente, j’ai essayé de prendre mes bagages et de partir moi-même à la Voiture ma femme a dû attendre trois minutes de plus pour être amené à la voiture je trouve que la partie hôtel n’est pas du tout à la hauteur des quatre étoiles.
The property is located right in the heart of the town. The room was quite spacious which was right what we needed as we travelled with a child. We were very pleasantly surprised that the property had an easily available swimming pool which was quite basic, but had breathtaking views and was overall perfect for a quick quiet swim hidden away from the business of the main street. Also, breakfast was very tasty and we were able to make use of the outside terrance that was again facing the breathtaking views. Overall we had an amazing experience in Perast.
Our room was located quite close to a big ventilation system outside which was quite loud and we could hear it in our room.
