Amazing room with balcony, nice pool and location was perfect. Really nice lounge areas for relaxing. The best part about the place was the location and the amazing room facilities with robes, showet articles, balconies, lounge areas and pool/sunbeds. Also breakfast by the sea was a huge plus.

Huge credits to the guy who drove the el vehicle (he was from Bijela, but dont remember his name). He was really welcoming and carried our luggage all the way to our car, and just made our check in and out pleasant. Overall he was just so welcoming and went an extra mile to give us a great experience. Also huge credits to breakfast master Djole for always taking good care of us, when we visit.

Cons:

Unfortunately some place for improvement. I have Stayed at the hotel 4 times and this time unfortunately some things were a bit dissapointing.

The reception staff were not really proactive and resolute to help when we experienced some issues. For example they helped us book a taxi which would arrive in 15 minutes at the end of perast (they are not allowed to enter perast, so you will have to walk or get a ride from the hotels el vehicles) they offered us first if we wanted a ride, but we figured we could walk but after walking a bit we figured we couldn’t make it in time just by walking so we ran back to ask for a vehicle. Understandably it was not free to drive us, the receptionist informed us, which in itself was understandable, but I just raised my concern and expected that she would maybe call the drive to ask how many minutes we should wait, but the staff was not really proactive about finding out at least. The receptionist had a Les affair attitude and kind of just left it at “the driver was busy with other guest”. It is a pity, since I only experienced this attitude and kind of lazy energy from the receptionist staff.

But maybe the most dissapointing thing was the last day where we went back to our room after breakfast around 9.30/10 and our door was left broken after the cleaning staff were there. The door was detached from the wall so it was unable to close. We were not sure if it had been reported so we went to the pool bar staff who informed the reception. After 2 hours I asked her when the guy would come to fix it , she said around half an hour. I thought I would wait 2 more hours just in case, but the door was still broken. Mind you, the room was in another annex so it was not monitored by a reception or some security, if someone were to just enter and rob. After that I asked her again whether she had a status she called the reception and now the information was around 1 hour.

Lovely staff & location! Great restaurant on the water.

Beautiful location, really lovely staff. Clean rooms & a lovely pool area with a bar. The restaurant on the water is beautiful with really tasty food!

Pros:

Very convenient location and friendly English speaking staff. Overall great experience. They have golf carts to take you too and from the parking lots. Also, would highly recommend the Conte restaurant for an evening meal by the water.

Amazing location.
Pros:

Great location with amazing views. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good.

Cons:

We booked a room with free parking but never got instructions for the parking. Even after calling the hotel it was not clear where we needed to park. This was very confusing, but it has not ruined our stay in any way.
The extra bed for our child was not ready.

Very nice staff but facilities suboptimal
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice.

Cons:

Our room was small and didn't have any seating area. The air conditioning didn't function well so we were too hot the entire stay. The swimming pool didn't have enough sun beds in the shade and the listing gave the impression of a private beach bar that doesn't exist. Parking was all full and cost €25 a night.
