Staff was very supportive, helpful and extremely nice all the time, answering our questions and helping with cruises, motor boats transits, taxis. The location was extremely convinient, close to other towns and sightseeing attractions. Dedicated beach service was important for us and the sun beds were always prepared for us. We felt well taken care off.

Le prix est quand même élevé pour la prestation et l’emplacement en bord de route.
The staff made the break, they were really great and made our holiday really relaxing.
The hotel was advertised as having an indoor and outdoor pool these were not working for 5 out of our 7 days. The Zen garden was also closed. Although a 5 star the aircon didn’t work on day 1 and the safe was broken, a door handle to the bathroom was loose all holiday.

The heated indoor pool was excellent and one of the highlights of our stay. The staff at the beach restaurant, Bocasa, were fantastic, and the food was delicious — even the quality of the pizza exceeded our expectations. Although the hotel is located near a busy road, the noise is barely noticeable at the beach, which was a definite plus. We also appreciated having access to a gym during our stay.
The hotel did not fully meet the expectations we had based on the photos, online presentation and 5-star positioning. It is located next to a busy road, and the noise made it difficult to enjoy the balcony.
Breakfast was disappointing for a hotel of this category. Some items, including the bacon and eggs, were overcooked, and overall the quality and variety did not feel in line with what we would expect.
Another major disappointment was that several advertised facilities were unavailable during our stay. The beautiful Limoneto restaurant shown in the photos was closed at the beginning of June, and the Zen garden and rooftop bar were also not open. This was not made clear to us when booking.
The beach area felt somewhat neglected and did not fully match the impression given by the photos.
Some interactions with the reception team could also have been handled in a more proactive and guest-oriented way.
Overall, while there were positive aspects, the hotel fell short of the standard we would expect from a 5-star property.
Edit: After my review, the hotel contacted me and acknowledged several of the issues raised. I appreciate that they took the feedback seriously and handled the follow-up professionally.
The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the breakfast each morning was delicious with a great selection. The massage at the spa was excellent and one of the highlights of our trip. Our room was comfortable, particularly the bed, and the service from the team was always warm and attentive.
Unfortunately, the reality of the hotel didn't match the expectations set by the photography and description. The property is directly beside a busy main road next to the ferry port, which significantly impacts the peaceful atmosphere, and the main pool is far smaller than it appears in the images and functions more as a decorative water feature than somewhere guests can properly relax.
The "private beach area" is not a private beach, but a section of sunbeds within a public beach restaurant that is also open to non-residents, so it was often busy and noisy. We found ourselves paying an additional €60 per day to use Limonata, another beach club owned by the hotel, simply to enjoy a quieter environment, despite already paying a premium room rate.
Housekeeping also fell short of what we would expect from a five-star hotel. Our welcome snacks and empty bottles remained in our room for over two days, complimentary drinking water was not replenished, and we were kept awake until after 1am by loud music from an event at the hotel's beach club without any prior warning.
Two days into our stay I contacted the owner directly to share our disappointment and give the hotel the opportunity to improve the remainder of our honeymoon while we were still there. Unfortunately, no meaningful effort was made to address the issues we raised or improve our experience.
If you are planning to stay here, I would recommend hiring a car. We ended up doing so ourselves because we wanted to leave the hotel during the day to find quieter beaches and a more relaxing atmosphere.
Overall, while the staff were friendly, the hotel did not deliver the peaceful five-star beach resort experience we had booked. At this price point, there are better-located hotels in Montenegro that offer a far more relaxing setting.

Top of the notch, world class staff. Very well, trained and managed. Michelin star restaurant at the rooftop. Private beach, beautiful restaurants on the beach. I will definitely be coming back again.

Zwembad was out of order. Geur aan zwembad. Zeer drukke weg tussen hotel en strand. Zeer veel lawaai van omliggende horeca.

Uitmuntend ontbijt met een buffet en à la carte opties. Eigen strandfaciliteiten ( met strandzetels, drank en excellent restaurant aan de overkant van de straat. Fantastisch uitzicht op de baai van Kotor en erg vriendelijk personeel
Super ontbijt, spijtig dat er geen mogelijkheid was om buiten te ontbijten. Klein Zwembad was buiten gebruik, maar eigen strand en zwemzone waren een veel beter alternatief.
