Excelente servicio y ubicación
Ruido de máquinas por la noche
La limpieza y el tamaño de la cama son buenas. La zona es central y esta bien conectada con transporte público a diferentes sitios de interés.
Al ser un lugar que ofrece estancias cortas (5 horas) se escuchan muchos ruidos, recomendaria dividir por pisos los de estancias cortas de los huespedes con estancias más largas, recomiendo tener servicio de lavandaria y seria un plus tener servicio de desayuno. No es un lugar recomendable para familias con niños. Varias veces nos comentaron que el barrio no era muy seguro, pero nosotros no vimos nada raro.

It was close to the airport and the city center, it was clean, and the staff was nice.
To be honest, it's good for someone who likes to stay out late because the hotel is on a main street and the noise was annoying until 2 or 3 in the morning. Unfortunately, I don't know, but they say there is no air conditioning in Mexico, and there was no refrigerator. Unfortunately, the internet speed was very slow. The first three nights were good, but the last two nights were very bad, so much so that YouTube wouldn't load.
the location tho outside the downtown district had many restaurants and at least 4 pharamacies in walking distance . The area is mostly quiet at night . the hotel is well lit at night and on a major street .
the matress is too hard . the hotel should provide matress pads upon request . nobody at the front desk speaks english . this hotel needs to train staff to speak english . many foreigners who are on a budget will pick a hotel such as this one .the shower needs a lip on the floor to prevent water from flowing all the way to the sink .

Hacen mucho ruido los que limpian y las recamareras, escuchan música, hablan por radio y platican entre ellos, riéndose, entonces no se puede dormir ni descansar.

Que no se pudo descansar. Se escuchaban gritos de otras habitaciones parecía que estaban teniendo una orgia...
Me encantó el nivel de limpieza. Un poco reducido el espacio pero bien distribuido. Agua caliente completamente funcional. Hay loción corporal, gel de baño, champú y acondicionador y secador en el baño. Número de toallas acorde a las personas. Servicio de habitación que no usé, pero estaba disponible. Check in sin mucha complicación de 2 a 6pm. Smart TV.
No tuve problemas con el ventilador porque había llovido y estaba fresco; pero en tiempo de más calor ayudaría un aire acondicionado.

Todo incre las chavas de recepción muy atentas
