Pros:

The location was perfect, and the room was neat and perfect for our requirements.

Cons:

We booked on Bookings.com and despite all the necessary confirmations, the property could not locate the booking and the check-in process was painfully cumbersome. We had to wait 1 and a half hours before we could go to our room.

Well-situated quiet hotel with awesome views of the city
Pros:

This was a delightful and safe hotel, which I would gladly stay at again. The quiet and spacious upper floor room (wide stairs, no elevator) with a nice bathroom had amazing views of the upper city and surroundings. It had a secured lockbox, and very good towels. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The food was very good, and there are other good places to eat nearby (e.g., petite brasserie) and a modern French U Express grocery store within walking distance.

Great location, need renovation.
Pros:

Best location for tourists in Haute-Ville!
Nice reception and eating area. Nice staff. The hotel has lots of potential.

Cons:

Smell of muld and rot in room and also reception. The air felt raw, need some kind of renovation. Mattress was not comfortable.
