We loved the location, the warm welcome, the views,

Good value for money and we were very happy to have chosen to stay at Villa Kale !

It was very clean, in a very nice location, extremely extremely nice host and owner who showed us around and recommended us the tour, besides being very friendly and actively seeking to make our experience better.

Couldn’t have gotten a better service. 10/10
(Also they have a cute cat and dog that dwell around the street and you can pet them if you’re lucky hehe)

All perfect. Very clean. Super nice host - it is a family business. Very good location for restaurants and old town. Lake Ohrid is very beautiful. Will come back for sure. :)

The location was excellent, the rooms had fantastic views out of the windows, and they were also extremely large. The staff were also exceptional, going out of their way to make sure we were liked after and felt at home.

The owner

Stefan ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns sehr gut informiert hat. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, schöner Blick aus dem Fenster.

Father and son were excellent hosts, very kind, polite and helpful, easily solved checkin/chekout requests. Location is central in Old Town, convenient to reach all landmarks walking. Room was spacious, solid, clean comfortable, with a quite nice city view.

Villa Kale je skvělé ubytování nad jezerem Ohrid, na strategickém místě mezi centrem a pevností. Majitelé velmi nápomocní, komunikace s nimi skvělá. Jenom jsem si omylem asi špatně přečetl anotaci k ubytování. Apartmán totiž nemá kuchyni, jenom lednici a zařízení na uvaření čaje nebo kávy. (A tak to i bylo psáno). Za to byl denně pečlivě uklizen.

La struttura è posizionata in un punto strategico, specialmente per noi che viaggiavamo in moto. E' raggiungibile facilmente dalla strada principale, senza doversi addentrare per le stradine in salita della città, ma poi a piedi in un attimo si è in centro e sul lago. Il gestore è molto disponibile e simpaticissimo. CI ha consigliato su tutti i luoghi da visitare, dove mangiare, cosa fare e non fare, Ottimo! Abbiamo anche potuto lasciare la moto proprio nel cortile della struttura quindi anche questo molto comodo.
La camera, anche se un pò vecchiotta, era molto spaziosa e con una splendida vista sul lago.
Molto consigliato!

Location is right in the old city, so some uphill walking to get there, but in exchange you're right there

Bright clean room

Very nice villa, quiet and clean, comfy bed and pillows. It's at the top of the village, so it's very convinient if you came by car, you can park it there and it's better to walk up and down than drive for those narrow streets. On the other hand, being up there gives you an astonishing view over the village. Though for myself, the best thing was the owner, I had a health issue and the man was very kind and understanding, I am very grateful for that.
