Rozczarowujący pobyt w hotelu 4★ poniżej oczekiwań
Pros:

Na plus zdecydowanie należy zaliczyć bardzo fajny basen zewnętrzny oraz piękny widok z balkonu na jezioro. Dużym atutem jest również bliskość jeziora, co jest niewątpliwie jedną z największych zalet lokalizacji hotelu.
Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie, bardzo dobrze oceniamy burgera oraz pizzę serwowane w hotelowej restauracji — były naprawdę smaczne i zdecydowanie zasługują na pochwałę.

Cons:

Niestety, pobyt w tym hotelu okazał się dużym rozczarowaniem. Przy obiekcie oznaczonym jako 4-gwiazdkowy i cenie, jaką zapłaciliśmy za noc, oczekiwaliśmy zdecydowanie wyższego standardu.

Pokój był niedokładnie posprzątany — znaleźliśmy pajęczyny i pająki. Na ścianie widoczne były odrapania, a niektóre meble wyglądały na mocno zużyte. Klimatyzacja działała bardzo słabo. Dodatkowo po wyjęciu karty i opuszczeniu pokoju odcinane było zasilanie, przez co wyłączała się również lodówka, co jest dość problematyczne przy dłuższym pobycie.

Dużym minusem była również strefa SPA. Podczas naszego pobytu dzieci biegały i krzyczały, otwierały drzwi do saun, a także skakały do krytego basenu z korytarza. Trudno w takich warunkach mówić o spokojnym i komfortowym korzystaniu ze strefy relaksu.

Obsługa hotelu była bardzo nierówna. Część pracowników była uprzejma, jednak niektórzy sprawiali wrażenie wyraźnie niezadowolonych z obecności gości. Szczególnie nieprzyjemne wrażenie zrobiła na nas jedna z pań pracujących w restauracji.

Zastrzeżenia mamy również do kwestii higieny podczas śniadań. Zauważyliśmy sytuacje, w których niektórzy goście nakładali jedzenie rękami, a personel nie reagował. W hotelu o takim standardzie oczekiwalibyśmy większej dbałości o podstawowe zasady higieny.

Podsumowując — hotel zdecydowanie nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań i w naszej ocenie nie prezentuje standardu, jakiego można oczekiwać od obiektu 4-gwiazdkowego. Za tę cenę można znaleźć miejsca oferujące znacznie lepszy poziom czystości, obsługi i organizacji. Niestety, tego hotelu nie możemy polecić i z pewnością nie zdecydujemy się na ponowny pobyt.

I would stay there again as It’s one of the better hotels in Ohrid .
Pros:

I liked how clean it was . Rooms are new . It has a nice breakfast.

Cons:

Perhaps would be better if they had some tea or coffee in the room. We found only sugar in our room. Food quality from the menu wasn’t the best.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist modern, die Zimmer haben wir sauber vorgefunden. Die Pools draussen, sowie drinnen sind toll und nie überfüllt. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung.

Cons:

Diskussionen zwischen Angestellten, müssen nicht vor Gästen stattfinden!
Die Zimmer werden nicht täglich gesaugt oder gewischt, der Mistkübel wird aber geleert.

Super ferieplass for store og små
Pros:

Fasiliteter. Utebasseng, innendørs basseng, hyggelig betjening. God mat i restaurant og kjempegod frokost. Kort vei til butikk og en kort svipptur med bil til Ohrid gamlebyen med masse å se og koselig feriestemning. Anbefaler et besøk til denne plassen på det sterkeste, og Laki Hotel & Spa er et supert alternativ. Be om rom med utsikt over sjøen.

Fantastisch hotel. Kom ik zeker terug!
Pros:

- fantastisch mooie, luxueuze uitstraling
- zeer comfortabel
- veel faciliteiten (gratis parkeergelegenheid, spa, buitenzwembad)
- heerlijk uitgebreid buffet
- comfortabele bedden
- goed onderhouden hotel
- kamer met uitzicht op het meer.
- panoramische lift
- veel fijne amenities (kam, tandenborstel, naaisetje, zeepjes, scheerset, bodylotion, etc)
- was faciliteiten, maar erg prijzig.

Cons:

- de schoonmaak gedurende het verblijf. De kamer trof ik aan in perfect schone staat. Dat vooropgesteld. Maar gedurende het verblijf van 5 nachten had ik twijfels of er écht werd schoongemaakt of enkel het bed werd opgemaakt en handdoeken vervangen. En zelfs handdoeken werden niet steeds vervangen, maar soms enkel weggehaald en geen nieuwe teruggelegd. Moet je weer bellen naar de receptie. Gemiste kans. Amenities werden niet aangevuld, Toiletpapier werd niet bijgevuld.

- basis dingen zoals oploskoffiesachets etc zijn normaliter altijd gratis. Hier tegen betaling. En nog vrij prijzig ook.

- safe is behoorlijk klein. Je kunt er weinig in kwijt.

- De airco lijkt een mooi, modern systeem. Maar snel koelen doet hij dan weer niet helaas. Het gebeurt wel, maar traag.

- het is wat ver van alles. Je bent zeker aangewezen op de taxi of een eigen auto(huur). Lopen kan eigenlijk niet veilig, want het hotel ligt aan een smalle openbare 60 km/h weg. Taxi naar centrum met Wizi ong 400 den.

Hierdoor net geen 10, maar een 9 gescoord.
