Trap - anywhere else it's far better

The location and the City! And I mean the point on the map . Not the hotel

Cons:

A very disappointing place with a dated, communist-era feel. Many things need to be replaced. The cleanliness is far below acceptable standards, and that is my main requirement whenever I stay somewhere.
There were stains in the toilet that had not been cleaned, dust in many areas, spiders, two large holes (one in the balcony wall and another in the hallway ceiling), and even a dead bird on the balcony.
This shows a complete lack of respect for guests and certainly does not justify the price.
I had confirmation for 2 beds...only got 1. The AC was stuck at 28.5°C so we had a very hot night .
Confirmed parking....nah ...I left for 1h to charge the car ...bye bye parking spot . Parked in front of the hotel to checkout. The receptionist: Oh no ...10 min ...too much !
And I can't photograph it so you will have to believe me for it ...the smell of cat urine was overwhelming.
Be very careful with this so-called "hotel."

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt an einem wunderbaren Platz.
Pros:

Die Lage an der Strandpromenade ist sehr gut. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Hafen und im Zentrum. Das Personal ist in allen Belangen sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit.

De lokatie, aardig personeel.

Cons:

Als ik iets moet noemen waren het de versleten handdoeken. Hoewel ze hun werk nog deden maar konden eigenlijk niet meer.
