Great Location, Superb Staff
Pros:

The general kerb appeal of the location of this hotel was enough for us to stop and see if they had availability for two of us while travelling on motorbikes. They did and I am glad they did. The young lady in the restaurant / bar was very helpful helping us with the doors as we were carrying all our luggage etc through to reception. Room was lovely and very reasonably priced considering the location of this hotel. Food in the restaurant was very nice and again superb service from the young lady. We walked along into town then returned at dusk, restaurant / bar is set up great to people watch along the promenade, great selections of drinks also. Also space to park motorbikes outside hotel. Ideal, c;lean, Value for money!

Zbog lose klime je bilo preskupo za boraviti tamo tijekom najvrucih dana. Vratili bismo se ovdje, ali ne preko ljeta.
Pros:

Interijer i izgled cijelog hotela. Osigurano parkirno mjesto.
Hrana za dorucak je bila vrhunska. Lokacija takoder vrhunska, odmah uz jezero i blizu izlaza iz grada i u centar grada.
Izlaz na balkon s pogledom na jezero.
Kada u sobi i led lampice na stropu su top pogodak!

Cons:

Klima uredaj nije radio kako treba i slab je. U sobi je u kolovozu bilo jako sparno i vruce (takoder i zbog toga sto je pola nase deluxe sobe u staklu), tek je navecer sa zahladenjem postajalo ugodno.
Miris vlage je cesto jak u sobi i u kupaonici, ali nije strasno.

Pros:

The view from my room, and the receptionist Hrisantina is super kind and sweet.

The location is amazing and the breakfast was also great.

Cons:

The little annoying bugs that were all over my bed! Be careful with that!

Bel hotel sul lago, stanza vista lago.
Bella stanza molto ampia con un meraviglioso bagno.
Letti comodi.
Posizionata sulla passeggiata del lago ma non troppo vicina al centro della città quindi non troppo rumorosa.
Un colazione eccezionale.

Pros:

El personal muy atento en todo lo que te hiciera falta. Habia restaurante bajo el hotel cosa que ayuda a reducir tiempo buscando para comer. La ubicación excelente muy bien situado al lado del lago.

Úžasný hotel, doporučuji.
Pros:

Úžasný hotel s výhledem z balkonu na Ohridské jezero. Bohatá snídaně. Pro mě je luxus.

Cons:

Jen drobnost je, že je malý tlak vody ve sprše. Ale to nevadí.

Cons:

Krevetac je bio razvaljen (pod neravan) tako da je dete moralo spavati sa nama u bračnom krevetu. Soba je, premda rezervisana kao dvokrevetna sa besplatnim krevecom imala i dodatni ležaj koji nije tražen a koji je bio vrlo neudoban i koji je značajno smanjio prostor za boravak u sobi. Druga Iznajmljena soba je u kupatilu imala slomljena vrata na tuš kabini. Ta soba nije bila provretrena pa odmah po dolasku smo morali napustiti sobe dok se ne izvrši provetravanje. Doručak je po planu od 8:00 h do 10:30 h. Međutim nije moguće bilo poručiti ni kafu ni čaj niti bilo šta pre 08:00 h ujutru. U periodu doručka smo poručili četiri domaće kafe. Odmah smo upozoreni da te kafe ne ulaze u trošak plaćenog doručka. Naravno to je sasvim razumno ali način saopštavanja ne priliči hotelu koji ima kategorizaciju četiri zvezdice.
