O prédio é interessante...

Cons:

Do atendimento, da falta de compromisso com o horário do café da manhã, com a falta de uma mesa ou qualquer coisa onde pudéssemos abrir a mala... Imagine abrir mala no chão! Imagine se chegar para o café da manhã e ter apenas uma faxineira no local...

Ottima per il ristorante, pessima per alloggiare
Pros:

Ristorante e cucina ottima, anche la struttura è molto bella, tipica costruzione macedone sia all' esterno sia all'interno. Location molto suggestiva. Consigliatissimo per fermarsi a bere un caffè o altro anche per il panorama che offre la terrazza esterna.

Cons:

Sconsigliato per alloggiare, la struttura offre 4 camere, esteticamente belle ma senza phon (nemmeno 1 in tutta la struttura), è stato un problema per noi perché viaggiando in modo itinerante ed essendo un hotel nel mezzo del nulla penso sia fondamentale che debba avere certi servizi
Letti scomodissimi, materassi piatti bassi e duri e sfondati al centro. Mi dispiace scrivere queste cose, perché avevo alte aspettative per la struttura soprattutto perché è veramente particolare, ci ritornerei ma solo per mangiare al ristorante.

Tot 20 uur een feest juist onder onze kamer met zeer luide muziek. Alles trilfe in kamer. In restaurant tafels niet schoongemaakt voor ontbijt en diner. Bij diner 5 maal keuze moeten veranderen want steeds niet mogelijk.

Terrazza per la colazione in posizione panoramica. Colazione ottima!

Cons:

Ci aspettavano una camera con vista montagna, ma la finestra della stanza era affacciata sul retro, con e vista sulla strada che sale al monastero.

Хотелът предлага удобни стаи в традиционен стил, разположен е на прекрасно място с великолепна гледка към околните планини и в близост до забележителен манастир. Персоналът е изключително услужлив и внимателен. Добра изходна точка за преходи в планината и посещения на интересни села или на Дебър и Маврово.

Hele mooie locatie. Het restaurant is top met heerlijk eten en mooi uitzicht. Zeker aanrader als tussenstop voor ALLEEN wat eten.

Cons:

Zoals andere reviews aangaven is de focus op het restaurant. Het ontvangst was daarom slecht. We werden eerst naar boven naar het gasthuis gestuurd om daar vervolgens te horen dat we toch beneden sliepen. Toen we weer beneden aankwamen was het onduidelijk wie ons kon helpen. Uiteindelijk naar de kamer begeleid, maar geen uitleg gekregen over het ontbijt of wat er in de regio te doen is.

Gedurende het verbleef verschilde het per ober of je aardig geholpen werd. Uitchecken ging wel goed gelukkig.

De badkamer was vies en de douche liep niet goed door. Ook kwam er ‘s ochtends een riool lucht in de badkamer die niet te harden was.

De beden waren matig en de slopen eromheen leken niet schoon. Ander minpunt was dat je nergens kon zitten als hotelgast zonder gelijk in het restaurant te zitten.
