The service here is so wonderful and the staff is amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a vacation or just a quick getaway

I would rate my stay at the Crowne Plaza Saipan Resort 1 star, primarily because of the poor customer service from management.

While I understood that the hotel was recovering from the recent typhoon and anticipated some operational challenges, I still expected to be treated with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I approached the daytime manager on two separate occasions regarding housekeeping concerns. Both times, I was met with a defensive attitude that made me feel as though I was being a nuisance rather than a valued guest. His facial expressions and demeanor were consistently unwelcoming, often giving the impression of, “What do you want now?” This behavior was unprofessional and disappointing. I also observed that he was friendly with some guests but would not acknowledge or greet others, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere.

I have stayed at this hotel for approximately two months, during which I experienced several significant issues, including a broken air conditioning unit, brown water coming from the plumbing, and housekeeping failing to clean my room for several days at a time. While I recognize that some of these issues may have been related to the aftermath of the typhoon, the lack of empathy, responsiveness, and professionalism from management made the experience much worse.

I would like to acknowledge that several members of the staff were courteous and friendly and did their best under difficult circumstances. However, the overall management experience overshadowed the positive interactions I had with other employees.

Good customer service is especially important during challenging times, and unfortunately, that was the hotel’s biggest shortcoming during my stay.

We recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Resort Saipan during Typhoon BAVI, and I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team.

From the moment the weather situation became serious, the resort’s management and staff remained calm, organised, and incredibly professional. Guest safety was clearly their highest priority. Regular updates were provided throughout the storm, helping everyone understand what was happening and what to expect, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage.

The team worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure guests were well looked after. Meals continued to be served, staff were always available to answer questions, and every effort was made to keep everyone comfortable despite the challenging circumstances. It was obvious that many employees were putting the needs of guests ahead of their own while also worrying about their families and homes.

What impressed us most was how well prepared the resort was. Their emergency planning, communication, and coordination were exceptional, and it was reassuring to see such experienced leadership guiding both guests and staff throughout the typhoon.

Once the storm had passed, the team immediately began assessing the property and restoring normal operations, all while maintaining the same warm hospitality that Crowne Plaza is known for.

A sincere thank you to every member of the Crowne Plaza Resort Saipan family. Your professionalism, resilience, kindness, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. We are incredibly grateful for everything you did to keep everyone safe during Typhoon BAVI.

We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this resort—not only for its beautiful location and facilities, but because you know you’re in capable hands when it matters most.

The pool was really good. They have very comfy beds and squishy pillows. They had excellent service. The food was also delicious.

Tough times in Saipan, but the staff at Crowne Plaza exceeded my expectations in so many ways: Christopher Adams - Chef Extraordinaire - so caring, quality. Having a F & B background at high-end restaurants, he's superb! Margaret Rose - Front Office Manager - everything I needed, she made sure I had. Her beautiful smile, pleasant attitude are unmatched. Virgie and Ieli - Mari Bar - LOVE, LOVE, LOVE their caring personalities and even through their personal struggles with Sinlaku, they showed up every day of my stay putting these aside and caring for their guests, Angie was our housekeeper - sweet, helpful, excellent service and attitude. I couldn't have asked for a better team to make Crowne Plaza a destination I would never consider staying anywhere else. Thank you, IHG!!

Let me tell you. The staff here is the best I’ve ever encountered. Best customer service, a beautiful property, and great food. Any time I am in Saipan, I will always stay here. Everything about here is AMAZING!!

Staff are courteous and professional, location is great.

I have been a Hilton life Diamond (now reserve) for 12 years and all over the world with 2500 stays. However I have never been treated better by folks such as Kyra, Margaret, Rowena, Sytra, Chef Chris, Art, Veronica and Das and Mario, Jeffrey and the lady’s at the coffee bar and my absolutely wonderful room attendant ther f. Also, Clayton the general manager is an awesome manager who is first class.

Absolutely horrible they don't allow friends to even stay at the lobby. Theyre strict about a single thing even though we buy from them

This was our first visit to Saipan and we're delighted to have chosen the Crowne Plaza as our hotel. Every single staff member, whether passing in the hall or at the desk, cafe or restaurant, was genuinely friendly and welcoming. True island hospitality.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, had a nice balcony overlooking the pool and ocean, and was well supplied. Of particular note: The air conditioner did an excellent job of dehumidifying the air so the room did not feel damp nor did it smell musty, as is common in tropical areas.

There are two pool areas, one kid-focused, one for everyone, in addition to a nice beach area with a dock, jetskis, and more. You will NOT run out of things to do here! Plenty of dining options, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets daily.

Stay here. You'll be very happy with your choice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it truly delivered a relaxing and enjoyable experience from start to finish. The view alone is worth mentioning—calm, scenic, and perfect for unwinding after a long day.

One of my favorite features was the swimming pool area. It’s beautifully maintained and has a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. Whether you're taking a dip or just lounging by the water, it feels like a mini getaway within the hotel.

This place is also very family-friendly. The environment is welcoming, and there’s enough space and comfort for both adults and kids to enjoy their stay.

If you’re looking for a quieter spot, the lounge on the 8th floor is a hidden gem. It offers a cozy setting, ideal for reading, chatting, or simply enjoying some downtime away from the busier areas.

In the evenings, the hotel comes alive with a bar and live band, adding a fun and lively touch without being overwhelming.

And to top it all off, the breakfast is fantastic—plenty of options, fresh, and a great way to start the day.

Overall, this hotel strikes a perfect balance between relaxation and entertainment. I would definitely recommend it, especially for families or anyone looking for a peaceful yet enjoyable stay.

Friendly Staff especially the Terrace Staff Anarin

The staff was helpful and extremely friendly. The pastries were delicious, baked fresh daily. The grounds are well taken care and provided lots of actives for our family.

I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The property is impeccably clean, and the landscaping is simply breathtaking—lush, vibrant, and meticulously maintained. Every corner of the hotel felt like a little slice of paradise.

The team of hotel employees deserves a special mention—they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. The service was consistently outstanding, whether at the front desk, in the restaurants, the pools and the landscaping too.

Speaking of food, every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and paired with impeccable service. The pools were pristine, relaxing, and perfect for lounging or taking a refreshing dip.

Overall, this was an all-around perfect stay. From the stunning grounds to the amazing staff, excellent food, and spotless accommodations, everything exceeded our expectations. I can’t wait to come back!
