Pros:

Clean rooms, very courteous staff. We arrived late and managed to check in without any problems
Beds were comfortable. Bar soap n towel is provided.
Great location - 24hr family mart, KFC, coffee place within walking distance
Easy to get there by grab too

Cons:

We booked 3 rooms. Those nearer the main road was noisy. But as it gets later the traffic reduced so still fine
