Overall, it was a great stay in the hotel.
Pros:

The room and the toilet were clean. The staff was very helpful. There were shops around that I could shop for my daily needs. There was a KFC restaurant nearby.

Cons:

It was a little distance from the express bus terminal.

Walking distance to eateries and shops (Kenangan & Zus Coffee, Family Mart, E-Mart, 4 fingers, Sushi King etc.)
Near the beach - recommended to go early morning/in the evening

Cons:

Not a big problem since everything else just great:

No soundproof - can hear people talking/walking/vehicles
Stairs to the rooms - not recommended for people having legs/knee problem
