la cama y almohadas, seria muy bueno mejorar en colchon almohada y sabanas
La ubicación y el personal. El hotel es encantador, unas instalaciones preciosas de antigua casona; tiene mobiliario antiguo.
La atención del personal. Nos dieron una habitación superior a la que teníamos asignada, el servicio en el restaurante de lujo, el capitán de meseros nos dió una breve reseña de la historia del hotel. Las instalaciones muy bonitas, tranquilas y bien cuidadas. Sin duda regresaría.
A mí gusto le hace falta más iluminación en la habitación.

L'emplacement dans le centre historique, le décor de cet hôtel qui etait une ancienne maison mexicaine; bon restaurant servi avec classe
Le parking situé tres loin de l'hotel et impraticable quand il y a trop de voitures, ce qui oblige à garer sa voiture devant l'hotel avec les risques d'accrochage;
Un petit dejeuner compris certes dans le prix de l'hotel mais ridicule car 2 très petits gâteaux pour accompagner le café sinon vous devez compléter en payant
Une climatisation rajoutée avec un tou dans la fenêtre, hotel désuet qui ferait bien de se mettre aux normes actuelles rapidement
Location. The main lobby is very nice with a lot of history. Staff is helpful and attentive.
Room is very basic and not well kept for the price. Chipped and broken tile, paint over mold in the bathroom, and the water in the shower takes forever to drain. Breakfast is NOT included. You cannot call a very small piece of bread, coffee, and a small glass of juice breakfast. Ordering extras is pricier than other places nearby. For about half that price you can get a suite somewhere else with more amenities.

Hot water did not work
This is an amazing colonial house with plants and nice art--very comfortable and peaceful. The staff were all nice and helpful, the cafe was great to have coffee and bread in the morning--delicious pastries. The cleaning staff did a lovely job each day in the room and kept the whole hotel spotless--I would stay here again any day!
The room smelled very humid and a little mildewy but I know this is due to the age of the place.
Las instalaciones son muy bonitas. Es como una casona antigua y esta cerca de todos los puntos de interés.
Las camas son algo viejas. Los colchones estan algo vencidos, es necesario cambiarlos. La iluminación del cuarto es baja, adicional a que no se le da mantenimiento a la alberca, el agua estaba sucia.
The property is close to center of plaza
The mattress was hard as rock.
We paid for breakfast included and were told it was coffee and a piece of bread. The restaurant had breakfast but was extra ??? How can a hotel promote paying extra for breakfast included and then charge you extra for breakfast? We walk across the street and had a better breakfast with gourmet coffee for half the price.

Que le falta muuuuuucho mantenimiento. Las habitaciones en planta baja son inhabitables. El na humedad horrorosa y un olor espantoso. Yo diría que son hasta insalubres
