From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
Guests have access to a shared pantry, open daily until 11:00 PM.
Complimentary light refreshments, including coffee, tea, and bread, are served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Complimentary biscuits are available until 11:00 PM.

Central location
Place was kept very clean by friendly staff. Also the room is big and the balcony view is amazing! Not to mention that it's located in the very center of old town, where every attraction is at reach. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again!

Avevamo una tripla ma la terza persona dormiva sul divano….
Bagno chiuso da una vetrata che non arriva al soffitto dove dentro c’è solo doccia e water, lavandino affianco al letto.
Quindi per andare al bagno non c’è una porta dove ti chiudi dentro..:
Non per colpa loro ma c’è stato un guasto con l’acqua e siamo stati 24h senza acqua…
Loro non ci hanno aiutato in nulla…
L’hôtel est très bien situé. Chambre avec terrasse.
Malheureusement des coupures d’eau fréquentes nous ont obligé à changer d’hôtel
La situació, molt cèntric.
Ens vam quedar sense aigua a l'habitació, no podiem ni dutxar-nos ni tirar la cadena del vàter. Van ser moltes hores sense cap explicació i sense cap gest d'arreglar-ho. Només donen un joc de claus, i és complicat si viatges en família. Espai petit per tres persones. El primer dia, tot i demanar-ho, no van netejar-nos l'habitació.

Propre, confortable, super balcon
Flush not working properly. It is not like a 3 star hotel. Staff were only available on working hours and no one were there at night.
