Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Guests have access to a shared pantry, open daily until 11:00 PM.

Complimentary light refreshments, including coffee, tea, and bread, are served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Complimentary biscuits are available until 11:00 PM.

Great stay in Georgetown, would definitely come back!
Pros:

Our hotel room was spacious, stylish, clean and equipped with a kettle, instant coffee, hair dryer, a safe and a refillable glass bottle of filtered water - avoiding plastic bottles. They offer complimentary coffee, tea, toasted bread with butter, which can be enjoyed in a lovely verandah. Staff is really friendly and the hotel is perfectly located in the middle of town.

Cons:

Our pillows were not the best (quite flat), and the flush in the toilet was not working properly at times… but this doesn’t affect our satisfaction with our stay.

Pros:

nice room, very nice staffs at the counter, good location for the hotel. there's also a water dispenser at the pantry so kinda nice that i dont need to buy water constantly during my stay

Cons:

the guests at the room next door wont stop being noisy until like 1am with their baby crying and the parents chatting and laughing away... so if you are a light sleeper then this will be the only downside that the walls are kinda thin that u can hear people talking next door lol

Bon emplacement mais pourrait être plus accueillant
Pros:

L’emplacement idéal pour se rentre partout à pieds.

Cons:

Dans la chambre un des panneaux lumineux ne fonctionnait pas, le support du sèche cheveux est tombé du mur.
Le coffre fort était bloqué, quand j’ai demandé de l’aide a la réception la jeune fille m’a demandé si mes affaires étaient dedans j’ai dit non et la discussion s’est arrêtée là. D’ailleurs je n’ai eu aucune info en arrivant, aucune explication,…
Quand j’ai demandé à faire le ménage on a changé mes draps et les serviettes mais le sol et la salle de bain n’ont pas été nettoyés.

The room is spacious. Convenient to the eatery..

Cons:

The throw cushion smelled bad as though the cover didn't wash for quite some time. The pillow wasn't fluffy.& limb.
