Mala experiencia no volveré a hospedarme en este hotel
Pros:

Lo único que me gustó del hotel fue la ubicación. Todo lo demás no m gusto

Cons:

No me gusto la atención el chico que atiende en la noche es muy descortés y todo el tiempo de mal humor, la habitación muy chica, mala señal de televisión, no se parece a las fotos de booking. Sucio, y los muebles en malas condiciones

La Vista y la comodidad de las instalaciones. Queda caminando del centro y muy cerca del mirador de Cristal . Decoraron el cuarto por el cumpleaños de mi novio!

Cons:

La poca presion de la regadera, en booking decía que tenían plancha y no había. Encontramos una cucaracha en la habitación

Todo estuvo perfecto, limpieza, ubicación, y el personal atento
Y la vista hacia el barranco increíble

Cons:

Que no tuviera snacks y bebidas refrescantes
Las tienditas cierran temprano
Y si quieres la vista hacia el barranco primero hacer la reservación por qué no todas las habitaciones lo tienen

Ubicación excelente

Cons:

Realicé mi reserva o esa fue mi idea, 2 habitaciones para 2 personas cada una. Al llegar nos indica la Srita. de recepción que la reserva eran 2 habitaciones con 2 camas grandes para 1 persona cada habitación por lo que la tarifa fue diferente a la reservada, pues se consideró a 2 personas como adicionales cobrándonos en total $ 1,000.00 cada una.

Pros:

La amabilidad de Alejandro en recepción. La limpieza del lugar. La vista desde la habitación.

Cons:

Si se tiene algún problema en rodilla es algo complicado el tema de las escaleras.
