FKI Hotel does not exist amd i should get a refund
Pros:

This hotel is no longer operayional and already closed based on the current company hotel ehich is at the exact location address. They said that many customers goes there and looking for FKI Hotel but is doesnt exist anymore. I hope i get a refund for this very bad experience from trip.com and also please investigate to prevent this from happe ing to other potential clients.

Now Booking.com refused to refund all of our money because we cancelled the booking of the hotel that we couldn’t checkin. Feels like we have been scammed for almost 160MYR. Really bad service and management from Booking.com
