Great location but did not receive what was advertised and paid for.

Cons:

Even though I paid for a deluxe room they first put me in a standard room without air conditioning. The toilet in that room didn’t flush so they begrudgingly put me in the deluxe room (after trying to put me in another standard room right next to the noisy street and without air conditioning) with a safe that didn’t work, no blow dryer, a cockroach in the shower plus build up of old hair in the shower (I chose to wear flip flops for showering), a very smelly air freshener (terrible for allergies) and blood stains on the bed sheets. The wifi did not work.

As I was packing up my things, at 12:15 pm I received a knock at the door and an angry person saying checkout was time at 12 (even though the website says 12 to 12:30 checkout). I handed back my key at 12:25 and received a sneer - not okay (they should update their online info if checkout is truly at 12).

Apart from the above, the other staff were lovely and the room was large. Excellent location.

It’s unfortunate that I paid a premium to stay here and felt like they were trying to cheat me (by trying to put me in a standard room without air conditioning which would’ve been very difficult in the hot weather).

We loved staying here.
Pros:

No breakfast was available. But there are plenty of options a few steps away. It was very peaceful. Not much rooms, we booked 5 out of 8, so we had the place to ourselves.

Overall it was a nice stay. Close to the plaza and friendly staff. We had a standard room and was nice.

Desafortunadamente el baño no estaba a la altura: era muy pequeño, estaba muy viejo, el lavamanos era pequeño y estaba un poco sucio. Las instalaciones no se parecen a las fotos de la web, el hotel es bastante viejo. La habitación que nos tocó era grande pero el suelo estaba un poco sucio y sobre todo lo que no estaba a la altura como he comentado era el baño. Me pareció un precio alto para las instalaciones y servicios que ofrecía. Es una pena porque el hotel tiene posibilidades.

Magnifica estancia.

Lo que me gustó mas fue la atención de su personal, fueron muy amables y atentos en todo momento, desde mi llegada hasta mi salida, las habitaciones son muy bonitas y la ubicación ni se diga, la mejor! a unos pasos del Parián de Tlaquepaque, tienes todo cerca, a pesar que esta en el mero centro se descansa excelentemente bien y es muy tranquilo. Me encantó mi visita, definitivamente me volvería a alojar en este hotel. Otra ventaja es que queda muy cerca del aeropuerto, yo llegue al hotel porque justamente me cancelaron mi vuelo en Guadalajara y tenía que pasar un día entero en la ciudad, sin querer se convirtió en un día genial.

Todo me gustó. Aun que suene increíble mi estancia fue la más agradable que he tenido.
