Pros:

Perfecto para 1 noche de impas como lo que hicimos nosotras!

Cons:

El staff no era muy amable y el hotel estaba dentro de un sitio de trabajo con bastante ruido pero en la habitacion muh bien!

Top notch service
Pros:

This was our second stay at Den 23. I had to have a package delivered at the hotel and the receptionist took care of handling it, even some unexpected extra charge due to an import tax (on diving gloves!?) We had drinks and a meal at the restaurant, and were shown the newly opened extra level with very cool views. The waiter is deaf & mute and amazingly, communication was seamless! He or we would point at something on the menu, signal how many and it was as simple as that, super efficient, and cheerful! This guy is on the ball!! I can't help thinking of the amount of time we've had multiple wrong orders and bad service in so many places, while at Den23 we were perfectly understood without a word being exchanged.
Also note on the room, maybe because this was our second stay, the room was larger, and the bed really wide.

Nom mi è piaciuto nulla.

Cons:

Camera sporca. Capelli, polvrte, lenzuola e tappetino macchiato. Un armadio completamente rotto. Porta che dovevi forzare per aprire e chiudere. Formiche in bagno. Letto rumoosissimo. E in camera c'era puzza di fumo.
Ho pagato pogo ma non ci tornerei mai.

Rather disappointing stay at The Den 23
Pros:

View on the Lotus tower, AC in the room, the hotel is located in a rather quiet neighborhood off the main road

Cons:

The bathroom is moist, the bed is not very comfortable, the hotel is located above a dental office, there is no reception (only a desk on the first floor, to which you get access after the security personnel downstairs), housekeeping in the room is not done during your stay. The room seemed quite expensive for the services you get compared to the cost of life in the country. The pictures are not fully representative of the facilities.

Der Preis ist sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Es war immer jemand da und Regenschirme konnten ausgeliehen werden

Cons:

Ich fand es der Entwertung nicht entsprechend. Es waren alte Bohrlöcher in den Wänden, der Putz platze von der Decke in der Dusche und ich empfand das Zimmer als nicht sehr einladenden. In der Toilette an der Rezeption kam mir eine große Kakerlake entgegen

It’s not velue for money.
Pros:

Most of time lift was out of service. All staff are stupid except front desk executive.

Cons:

It’s a really poor experience to have to climb the stairs to the 6th floor at such an expensive hotel.

Location is ok, they let us make checkout late.

Cons:

There were no towels at all, the room was dirty, the charger didn’t work and there were no hot water. Don’t advise to go to the roof top for breakfast as it takes for ages to get one.

Na jednu noc je to fajn :)
Pros:

Personál bol super, snažili sa nám vyjsť maximálne v ústrety pri ubytovani aj odubytovaní. Poloha hotela je vynikajúca pre spoznávanie mesta. Strešný bar ma skvelý výhlad a super obsluhu - odporúčame.

Cons:

V hoteli na chodbách aj v izbe bol zvláštny smrad. Po vyvetraní sa to dalo, ale zanecháva to divný dojem.
