The staff is friendly
The bathroom is very dirty and smelly. Also, some of the paint is starting to peel away. They didn't replace the tissue and mosquito plug-in repellent, so we got bitten a lot inside the room.
Good location for sightseeing around Colombo and close to train station. Good sized clean room, good aircon and wifi. Very helpful staff and good food up at the rooftop restaurant. Supermarket next door and another in the hospital building 200m down the road.
Quite a distance from the airport, but given we were only staying in Colombo for one night, then heading out by train, suited us fine.

The staff were helpful and kind. The room was clean, and the location was great. The price is really fair for the services you get.
Everyday almost from 8 am to around 5 pm, the noise of workers drilling and hammering disturbed us. I once called the reception and complained about the noise, but nothing changed.
This is very very well run/managed property, all of the staff are motivated, friendly and happy.
The whole place is very clean, the top floor restaurant is reasonably priced (guests get free tea and coffee) with once again great staff and a super city view.
The area Colombo 10 is a good choice in confusing sprawling Colombo, it is a real Srilankan neighbourhood and you can walk/travel to most places with ease. Rooms are decent, AC is clean and it is a safe place with a 24/7 security guard on the ground floor who supervises the carpark. There is a supermarket next door. This property is good value for Colombo.

This was the first place I stayed during my 3 week stay in Sri Lanka and it was the perfect landing spot. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. They have a restaurant onsite, which was very handy. It was in a great location for walking to a local mall and restaurants, and walkable or a short tuk tuk ride to 2 of the main railway stations. The staff were very welcoming and helpful in terms of planning what to see and onward travel. Highly recommend!

Great hotel for a few days, the staff is superfriendly! Rooms are very nice too, clean bathroom & comfortable bed. Though the tables are not very big, it is one of the few hotels which provides a desk to work on in every room, which is great for working/studying.
One negative is that the walls are quite thin, so if other guests or cleaners are speaking in the hallway, the noise is quite loud. It would also be nice if they add a common space and communal/guest kitchen.
