Pros:

Viešbučio vieta laibai gera, ant ežero kranto, beveik šalia įėjimo į Trakų pilį tilto. Patogu pasivaikščioti tiek senojoje miestelio dalyje, tiek pasigrožėti ežero pakrantės vaizdais. Visa miestelio pakrante yra patogus asfaltuotas pasivaikščiojimo takas. Viešbučio registratūros darbuotojai labai malonūs ir dėmesingi, esant galimybei suteikė tylų kambarį su vaizdu į kiemelį, kur galėjome puikiai pailsėti.

Hotel mit einmaliger Lage und super Restaurant.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels und der zugehörigen Restaurants ist unschlagbar. Der Blick auf das Schloss Trakai ist atemberaubend. Das Zimmer war zwar klein aber zweckmässig ausgestattet. Wir genossen ein wunderbares Abendessen im Gourmet-Restaurant. Die innovative Küche zeigte sich von der besten Seite. Wir waren beeindruckt. Auch das Personal sowohl im Hotel als auch im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Zu dem Preis würde man eigentlich erwarten, dass dem Gast im Zimmer kostenloses Mineralwasser angeboten würde. Ausserdem war es im Zimmer bei unserer Ankunft 27 Grad warm, da man den Heizkörper für die Frottiertücher nicht ausschalten kann. Die Klimaanlage half leider auch nicht weiter. Zum Glück kühlte es in der Nacht ab sodass bei offenem Fenster die Temperatur auf ein normales Niveau gesenkt werden konnte.

Oda sıkıntılı idi,
Hotele gece görevli yok, arkadan tek kapıdan giriş , çıkış yangın emniyeti için uygun değil,
Su bulamıyorsunuz,
Oda fiyatı sunulan kalite ve hizmete göre çok yüksek.

SPA zona fantastiška. Pirtys, džakuzi, interjeras, poilsio zonos, kaina ❤️

Cons:

Restorano aptarnavimas: atnešė Cezario salotas BE vištienos; paprašius įdėti vištienos pakartotinai atnešė vėl be vištienos🙈Pusryčiams pasitiko piktas personalas. Pusryčių teko laukti valandą laiko.

Fantastic location near the castle, friendly staff, helpful in English. Restaurant with a great view.

Cons:

Shower needs an upgrade; no desk (but several almost unusable little tables), decoration is a bit outdated. Very hard beds. Parking was very limited, needed a reservation and cost 10 euro extra.

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein; unseren Koffer mussten wir auf den Schreibtisch des Zimmers legen, um ihn öffnen zu können.
