Fantastic location, that's it.
Pros:

Fantastic location, and comfortable rooms. We were allowed to park 3 hours before check in. Comfortable beds, good WiFi, and great water pressure in the shower.

Cons:

Incredibly rude staff on multiple occasions throughout our stay, upon check-in, and again later in the evening. Checkout staff (different person) were great though.

The main reception was separated from the rooms by a conference room which was in use, meaning we had to walk in the rain to get to rooms.

The on-site restaurant and bar was closed with no prior warning, I think for a private event, and the pizza restaurant closed early limiting evening food options.

Piękny widok za dość wygórowaną cenę.
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo wygodne łóżko, pokój sympatycznie urządzony. Godny polecenia butikowy hotel z widokiem na zamek.

Cons:

Brak miejsca w przestrzeni ogólnodostępnej aby wypić kawę i podziwiać widok na zamek i jezioro. Dopłata do większego pokoju z bezpośrednim, atrakcyjnym widokiem była abstrakcyjnie wysoka. Pobliska restauracja również bardzo droga.

Labai gražus vaizdas iš kambario į tujų gyvatvorę:)
Rakto ir kortelės derinys. Raktas skirtas įėjimui į kambarį, o kortelė - elektros tiekimo įjungimui kambaryje.
Įėjimo koridoriun ir raktų dėžučių kodų sistemos - labai lavina atmintį:)

Cons:

Geriamo vandens nebuvimas kambaryje, nors stiklinės yra.
Tačiau pasiblaškius koridoriuje galima surasti vandens atsigerti:) Judėjimas geriamo vandens paieškai dar niekam nepakenkė:)
Akcentuojama patogi lova, mano gyvenimo palydovės ir mano subjektyvia nuomone, nebuvo labai jau patogi. Tačiau čia tik mūsų nuomonė, kuri nebūtinai turi sutapti su vyraujančiu vertinimu.

Pros:

We’ve stayed there 3 times and every time it’s been perfect… lovely and clean and everything works

Absolutely does not worth the money and I would not recommend it
Pros:

The location was great

Cons:

1. The attitude of the staff was terrible. They were not there to greet us and to check us in. After we have insisted, it was done in the most unfriendly way.
2. The rooms were so small that it was really claustrophobic.
3. Air conditioning was not working properly, and the windows were not properly closed.

Beautiful - I wish I’d been able to stay longer!
Pros:

The property was beautiful. I only wish I had read the fine print about requesting a parking space and details about the sauna bookings. Next time, I’ll be sure to book a much longer stay here. It was lovely and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind!

Ottima posizione
Pros:

La posizione è ottima e anche l'ambiente. Ottima staff e accoglienza davvero calorosa.

Cons:

Si sente assolutamente TUTTO, avevo perennemente persone che sostavano nel corridoio alcune volte anche per ore. Sentivo tutto quello che succedeva nelle stanze adiacenti. Sono stanze molto vecchie quindi anche l'aprirsi o chiudersi della porta si sente molto, è da tenere in considerazione.
