Lokalizacja. Klimat pokoju i obiektu zabytkowego. Bliskość jeziora, zamku i restauracji.

Great location, friendly staff, but could be better for a 4 star property.
Pros:

Great location right at the lake’s edge near Trakai Castle, cozy rustic rooms. Friendly staff. The Michelin restaurant and our server Justin were amazing.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room was right next to the main door, so every time someone enters or exits you hear the keypad beeps and two doors opening and closing, toiletries are in paper sachets like when you order take away ketchup with a hot dog, a bit weird for a 4 star hotel. The shower door knobs were cracked and broken, and our room was not cleaned or made up during our 2 night stay. We are currently in a 4 star hotel in Vilnius now and the difference is noticeable.
