Lovely small hotel in a perfect location in Kuldiga!
Pros:

Everything was great -- the room was underpriced for what it was. Nice shower, nice secure building and in a great location. The staff at check in were very pleasant and efficient. Excellent food across the street at the Goldingen Room, which also manages the hotel.

Cons:

My only complaint is that the bath towels were very scratchy :)

Sehr originell stilvoll eingerichtet. Mitten im pittoresken Zentrum.
Separates Frühstückscafé im Haus.
Zurzeit Baustelle vor dem Haus, doch die wird irgendwann ja vollendet sein, nicht schlimm.

Patika, ka bija iespēja pagatavot kafiju no rīta. Patika baloži uz blakus mājas palodzes.

Cons:

WC un dušā nestrādā ventilācija. Visu uzturēšanās laiku šajās telpās nepatīkama kanalizācijas smaka.

Nice, authentic accommodation.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Very close to restaurants that serve breakfast. We also liked the unique furniture and the overall mood of the hotel.

Cons:

The sound insulation was very poor. We could hear every step from the room next door and from the corridor. It was also an unpleasant surprise to see small children staying at the hotel, as the hotel description stated that children were not allowed. This was not the main reason we chose the hotel, but it was still disappointing, especially considering the poor sound insulation.

Cons:

Papildus maksa par mājdzīvnieka uzturēšanos nebija norādīta. Saprotu, ka var būt nepieciešamība piemaksāt, bet būtu labi zināt, kādas būs papildus izmaksas pirms rezervācijas. Iespējams, ja būtu zināms, cik būs jāpiemaksā, būtu izvēlējusies citu apmešanās vietu.

Tas, ka iečekoties jāiet restorāna telpās arī nebija pārāk ērti. Sajūta, ka traucē tiem, kas pusdieno/vakariņo, vieta pie darbinieku letes bija diezgan maza un šaura.

Laba lokācija, kopējās telpas jaukas, nummuriņi ar gaumīgi, tikai tādas sagurušas gultas un katru soli pavada grīdas dēļu čīkstēšana, kas man netraucēja, bet nezinu vai kaimiņiem patika ka sešos no rīta sākas mans darba dienas solis! Lielai draugu kompānijai kur visi savējie- ļoti piemērota vieta jaukām brīvdienām Kuldīgā!

Ja nav nepieciešams milzīgs plašums un burbuļvanna, tad viss ir labi....
Pros:

Ieradāmies vēlāk kā plānots, bet mūs vienalga sagaidīja darbinieki, lai iedotu numura atslēgu. Brokastojām kafeinīcā Marmelāde, kas atrodas vienā ēkā ar viesnīcu (nezinu vai tas ir vienā tīklā). Patīkami pārsteidz gan brokastu piedāvājums, gan tas , ka darba laiks sākās agri no rīta. Fantastisks piedāvājums- tikai šīs kafeinīcas dēļ vien ir vērts apmeklēt Kuldīgu !
