Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Alūksne! Everything was excellent — the room, the atmosphere, the food, and especially the service.

The service was absolutely amazing. The girl at the reception was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Their warm and welcoming attitude made our stay even more enjoyable.

Thank you for such a pleasant experience! We would be happy to come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Alūksne. ❤️
