Perfect location, friendly staff and clean rooms
Pros:

We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Christina’s again! Comfortable rooms, a perfect location for proximity to the dock and restaurants, and friendly staff. The cleaner keeps everything super clean, including the kitchen and shared bathroom (only shared with 1 other room).

There were frequent power outages on top of the normal hours without electricity (6am-1pm) due to a lack of supply for the whole island, but the owner ran the generator for the guesthouse so we had power which was very kind.

Cons:

Nothing! Not a great amount of common spaces but still enough, and kitchen could be a little more stocked with utensils etc.

Guest House carina, semplice ed economica, ma la doccia è terribile
Pros:

Guess House semplice ed economica e con soli 10€ a notte si ha una stanza privata.
- Buona posizione a due passi dal molo.
- Cucina in comune basica ma con l’essenziale per cucinare.
- Wi-Fi discreto.
- Stanza abbastanza spaziosa con letto e cuscino comodi.

Cons:

- La doccia del bagno non ha pressione ed esce pochissima acqua che scorre lungo la parete, quindi farsi una doccia diventa un po’ complicato.
- Non c’è elettricità dalle 6 alle 13, quindi durante la mattina è impossibile stare in stanza per il caldo.
- Non c’è acqua filtrata (come in tutti gli ostelli del Nicaragua).

Geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon, jeden zweiten Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt, AC + Ventilator haben wir geschätzt, sehr gut gelegen, nettes Personal

Cons:

Die AC hat leider in einer Nacht nicht funktioniert, schlecht ausgestattete und schmutzige Küche, Schimmel in der Dusche, den tropfenden Duschkopf sollte repariert werden, dann würde es weniger Feuchtigkeit im Badezimmer speichern, die helle Wäsche war nach der Laundry verfärbt, da mit zu starkem Waschmittel gewaschen wurde

Gute Lage, Gemeinschaftsküche und gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber.

Pros:

Pension très bien tenue. Très propre (ménage tous les matins des parties communes).
En plein centre de Little Corn, à quelques minutes à pied de l'embarcadère et des principaux commerces et bars.
Accueil sympathique. Personnel toujours disponible.
Chambre propre, ventilateur, rangements, literie plutôt confortable, salle de bain partagée avec seulement une autre chambre.
Cuisine bien équipée avec frigo et plaques de gaz.
Terrasse devant la pension pour manger, avec vue mer, très agréable.
Très bon wifi (qui fonctionne avec l'électricité de 13h à 6h du matin).
