No regreso a ese hotel.

Cons:

- Cobran por anticipado, y con el argumento que es "garantía", vuelven a cobrar al llegar, a pesar de que la opción en la aplicación es de pagar en el lugar del alojamiento. Dicen que si no les respondes sus llamadas antes del horario del check in, ellos "cobran" la garantía. Al final, cancelan la reservación y cobran al momento, evadiendo el trato con Booking. La atención del personal es muy cuestionable.

El aire acondicionado y que cuenta con agua caliente son sus puntos más fuertes.

Cons:

•Podría decir que las fotos de la publicidad se ven mucho mejor de lo que realmente es.
•El personal poco atento.
•El baño: la puerta dañada por la humedad, toallas ásperas; sin jabón, ni toallas para secarse las manos.
•La cobija estaba rota.
•El estacionamiento es reducido y aunque te preguntan al reservar si requieres el servicio de parking, no te garantizan el lugar de estacionamiento, queda sujeto a disponibilidad de como vayan llegando, si sales, cuando vuelves tienes que preguntar si hay espacio para volver a meter el coche.
•Además de que está en una zona rodeado de cantinas, si van con familia o hijos pequeños, no lo recomiendo.
