Un personnel de chambre au top
Un grand merci aux femmes de ménage qui sont vraiment très gentilles et professionnelles. Grâce à elles, les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues.
Un enfer sonore et un service client inexistant
Si vous espérez vous reposer, fuyez cet hôtel. C'est tout simplement impossible : il y a de la musique à fond de 4h du matin jusqu'à midi. Le pire reste l'attitude de la réception : lorsque nous leur avons signalé le problème, on nous a répondu avec un détachement total que « c'était normal ».
La ubicación porque si estaba cerca de lo que necesitaba.
El ruido del bar o lo que sea que tengan ahí, aún con mi ventana cerrada se escuchaba la música, también la música de los celulares del personal se escuchaba en la noche y madrugada. Tampoco me gustó toparme en el elevador con un grupo de huespedes borrachos que venían del bar.
Ubicación, el desayuno y la estadía fue muy comida
Mucho ruido durante toda la noche, me comentaron que fue por qué tenían fiesta en un piso de arriba y no me dejó dormir
La ubicación solamente porque convenía por los trámites que iba hacer.
El ruido que tiene de la calle y que abajo es motel pues se oye los portones cuando cierran ,la cama no era cómoda, el cuarto olía a cigarro y no corria ni aire por la ventana, el precio me cambio al llegar al hotel y eso que hice reservacion antes pero al llegar la señorita dijo que asi le salía en el sistema el precio y tuve que pagar 500 pesos mas de la tarifa con la que aparte la habitación, la comida pues llegamos de noche y pedimos sándwiches lúa mucha grasa entre la nantequilla del pan y el aceite de las papas que ni estaban crujientes pues nos pusimos mal del estomago.

La cama es muy amplia y el desayuno fue rico

El lugar. El hotel es bonito, sin embargo se escucha todo de las habitaciones aledañas. Además, hubo un par de incidentes a las 3 de la mañana donde fueron a tocar la puerta con exigencia y después de eso intentaron abrir. Según eran parte del personal pero que clase de lugar hace eso. No da confianza ni dormir, esperando en que momento podrían intentar abrir de nuevo.
