Pros:

Le personnel au top. Ils essayent de trouver des solutions pour que vous soyez confortable chez eux.

Over all it is a good hotel to stay.
Pros:

Specious room. Comfortable bed, good size of bathroom. Reasonable breakfast.

Cons:

I felt reception staff are under pressure and the look on their faces were tiring and frustrating! They are always struggling with paper work rather giving attention to guests requirement. I think besides the front office, they are made to work in back office as well. They rarely smile ! If you need anything you need to come down, as they never attend the phone. I don’t blame them! , but the managment.

Leur disponibilité, leur bienveillance et leur sens du service font toute la différence. Elles contribuent véritablement à rendre l’expérience exceptionnelle. A estadia foi boa, mas entendo que precisa de algum ajuste nas instalações.
Pros:

O spa, realmente foi o que mais gostei, sobretudo a gentileza e simpatia da recepcionista completando com o profissionalismo e cuidado da massagista, que me atendeu, e foi uma das melhores massagens que já fiz na vida.

Cons:

As instalações requerem um pouco de atenção, pois o quarto que minha amiga ficou o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, mas a trocaram de quarto.
Não havia água ou um frigobar no quarto. Acho que água seria necessário ter.

Veel grote groepen aanwezig die op tour zijn, veel mensen tegelijk bij het ontbijt. 2 koffie punten, waardoor lange wachtrijen, geldt ook voor de sapjes. Weinig brood aanwezig, voor het aantal sterren, mager hotel. Beetje vervallen op veel punten. 1 stopcontact bij de bedden. Last van rioolvliegjes en veel muggen op de kamer
