Juste son emplacement
Très bel établissement. Chambres communicantes pour les familles. Très bon accueil du personnel en général.
Dommage que nous soyons tombé sur une période de travaux : bruits et spa fermé...

J’ai passé un très agréable séjour au Royal Mirage Fès. L’hôtel dispose d’un parking gratuit et sécurisé, ce qui est très appréciable, et son emplacement est pratique. À mon arrivée, j’ai reçu un accueil chaleureux et j’ai eu la bonne surprise d’être surclassé dans une chambre avec vue sur la piscine. Une assiette de fruits, des bouteilles d’eau et un Wi-Fi satisfaisant ont également été appréciés.
Les jardins sont très bien entretenus et la piscine est magnifique. La décoration de l’hôtel et des chambres est ancienne mais harmonieuse, ce qui lui donne un certain charme. Malgré leur âge, les chambres sont d’une propreté remarquable, ce qui est devenu assez rare : aucune poussière, aucune toile d’araignée et tous les équipements étaient parfaitement fonctionnels.
Le petit-déjeuner est très correct, avec notamment des œufs préparés à la demande, ainsi que de bonnes crêpes et msemen marocains.
Le seul point négatif de mon séjour a été le bruit des travaux de rénovation du restaurant. Cela peut être gênant à certains moments, même si ces travaux semblent nécessaires.

L’accueil du personnel leur bienveillance (Imene a été à l’écoute et professionnelle) et le respect de mes demandes. L’établissement est adapté pour pouvoir accueillir une personne en fauteuil roulant et les places de parking réservées au handicap sont gardées soigneusement
Deluxe hotel with great pool area in a great location in the new part of Fes (Nouvelle Cite). Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby and beautiful, green boulevard to walk on in the evening. Just 10mn away from the medina and Royal Palace. Everything was super comfortable and enjoyable. We opted not to stay in the medina and were very happy with the location and all services provided. Highly recommend.
Wifi required a different code per user/device and was awkward to have to ask reception twice for help as couldn't get it to work. It would have been nice to have fresh mint tea included in the price and fresh orange juice at breakfast as both were charged separately. Breakfast was great except for the lack of fresh fruit juice.

Le lit immense
J'ai demandé 1 pizza 🍕,au final garnitures presque inexistante.
Personnellement j'y retournerai pas. construction trop vieille à mon goût pour être côté 4 étoiles. le prix demandé aujourd'hui est trop excessif.
