A convenient base for exploring Leiden, but cleanliness let it down.
Pros:

The location was great: close to the train station and an easy walk into Leiden. The staff were really friendly, let us check in early and even carried our suitcases upstairs. It was nice having tea, coffee and a small fridge in the room.

Cons:

The room was a decent size, but for the price we expected more space and a much higher standard of cleanliness. The cleaners only came occasionally and just swapped the towels without actually cleaning, and I found someone else’s hair on the towels. It was also disappointing that there was no breakfast option.

Very Run Down Hotel, poor facilities, mould on walls, bath tub leaking, awful stay!

Cons:

Hotel is verouderd en js recent overgenomen door nieuwe eigenaren, je kan goed zien dat ze het aan het opknappen zijn. Tapijt in de kamer was erg vies.
