Maskor is nagyon szeretnek elutazni Ohridba es biztosan itt fogok ismet megszallni.
Pros:

A reggeli isteni finom volt, a szemelyzet rendkivul kedves es baratsagos. A szalloda lokacioja talan nem is lehetett volna jobb.

Göl kenarındaki muhteşem konumu ve göl manzaralı odalarının manzarası muhteşem. Otelin kendi restoranından odaya sipariş verebilmeniz, gün içinde yine aynı restoranın göle sıfır masalarında içkinizi/kahvenizi yudumlayabilmeniz. Bir de kendi ücretsiz otoparkının olması. Personelin güleryüzü ve ilgi/alakasına da değinmeden geçemeyeceğim. Müthişler.

Pros:

The front desk night manager went out of his way to accommodate our late night arrival and car parking, and he changed our room to one that was cooler. He was extremely helpful in both of these issues and we were greatly appreciative of his customer service!

Cons:

The hotel had switched turned off air-conditioning due to the October time of year but the room we booked was 80 degrees F upon our arrival at 11pm. But this was remedied by being moved to a different room that was much cooler. We realize not everything will be perfect and sometimes issues come up. It's how the establishment handles the concerns of the customers that makes a difference they did a fantastic job of doing that...thank you!

Pros:

The location is excellent! Right by the port where the cruises are. Bazaar is right next to it. I arrived three hours early and they let me have the room then. I had a room with port view and it was wonderful. Breakfast was really tasty, and staff are so helpful.

Employees were helpful and room was nice & spacious.

Cons:

Several minor issues; room phone was inactive during my stay, bed seats were not changed, amenities were not reapplied each day and no elevator.
