Emplacement idéal
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel était idéal, en plein cœur de la ville. En revanche, le personnel n’était ni très sympathique ni particulièrement serviable. Il est également regrettable qu’aucun petit-déjeuner ne soit proposé.

Otelin konumu çok iyi, sahilin dibinde. Göl manzaralı oda tuttuk biz, görüntü muazzamdı. Balkonunda oturma alanı mevcut, göl manzarası eşliğinde oturabilirsiniz. Odalardaki klimalar çok efektifti, çok güzel soğutuyordu ama biraz sesli çalışıyor. Banyosu çok güzel ve temiz. Maalesef taharet musluğu yok klozette. Odadaki depolama alanları gayet yeterli. Fotoğrafla4da göründüğü gibi oda dizaynı mevcut. Oda aydınlatmaları aşırı iyiydi.
Personel güleryüzle karşıladı bizi. Ücreti kayıt esnasında talep ediyorlar. Biz nakit olarak Euro ile ödedik.
Bence otelin tek kötü yanı altında restaurant ve restoranda müzik olması. Biz hemen 1.katta oturmamıza rağmen müzik sesi beklediğim kadar gürültülü hissedilmedi. Saat gece 1 gibi müzik tamamen kapanıyor. Biz gece rahat uyuduk genelde.

Bence otelin 2 tane kötü yanı mevcut. Birincisi klozette taharet musluğu olmaması, ikincisi ise otelin altında restoran ve restoranda müzik olması. Biz hemen 1.katta oturmamıza rağmen müzik sesi beklediğim kadar gürültülü hissedilmedi. Saat gece 1 gibi müzik tamamen kapanıyor. Biz gece rahat uyuduk genelde.

Location was outstanding, very central to the old town bars restaurants and shopping. Clean and comfortable hotel

Cons:

The stairs. Carrying suitcases up 2 levels was a challenge and no helpful staff.

Lake Ohrid
Pros:

The staff was outstanding in every way. The location is superb.

Cons:

The hotel has no elevator. We were on the top floor and the AC never cooled the room sufficiently. Booking.com should alert when a hotel has no stairs. On apartments I would look but on hotels I assume they have an elevator. We are senior travelers and no elevator is a problem. The staff were very kind to carry our bags up.
