Cómodo, bonito, tranquilo, limpio y accesible
Pros:

Su diseño es muy bonito, las albercas están limpias, la ubicación es muy buena para poder ir a los lugares de atracciones, (se debe tomar en cuenta que por la naturalidad de cuetzalan uno se debe trasladar en carro o colectivo a cualquier parte) tal vez solo le falta más variedad al restaurante y a mi gusto, le falta sazón a algunos platillos (pero es personal)

Cons:

Por temas personales, no me gusta dormir en literas y en las cabañas hay una especie de ella, me adapte pero preferiría que no la hubiera tenido, y la iluminación dentro de la cabaña en algunos puntos molestaba mucho y en otros hacia falta luz!

Todo lo demás es excelente, muy muy recomendable.

La habitación y su cercanía con la naturaleza.

Cons:

El servicio fue aceptable, pero la falta de refacciones básicas afectó totalmente la experiencia. Tuvimos un problema con un ventilador ruidoso además de que en la parte de arriba está muy caliente en la noche y la respuesta del lugar fue que no contaban con ventiladores de repuesto ni alternativas para solucionarlo en el momento. Es un detalle grave de mantenimiento e inventario que deberían corregir cuanto antes.

The beautiful view and good breakfast

Cons:

The rooms need a attention, terrible bedding. The curtains are old, the rods are bended. You can barely open the bathroom door to get to the toilet. They don't let you bring any food or snacks to your rooms. Before you leave they go check if you took any snacks after i told her i didn't consume anything from their room.

Vista hermosa. El desayuno delicioso . Cabañas lindas y cómodas

Cons:

Que te cobren descorche si quieres ingresar alguna cerveza .
El. Baño estaba tapado cuando llegamos. La chapa de la puerta súper flojo ya casi cayendo y falta iluminación a la cabaña
Cómo la señal de internet venía de la alberca estaba algo intermitente

El desayuno estuvo bien, sin embargo no nos quisieron brindar el room service por la noche

Una mejor atención y disponibilidad de los meseros, el boiler calentaba por ratos, las cabañas están algo lejos del pueblo principal
