Great apartment in perfect localization, well equipped, cleany.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit small and the windows weren't airtight, so you could hear the noisy city at night.

Superó mis expectativas
Pros:

Que esta muy cerca de Amsterdam central. Todo puedes hacer caminando. Eso si hay mucho ruido. Pero te dejan tapones. A nosotros nos nos afecto en nada no lo usamos. La person que nos atendió muy agradable. La recepción es en el bar. También tienen solo escaleras y estan muy inclinadas si llevas maleta grande sera un problema. Muy limpio aunque tenga baños compartidos. Nunca nos topamos con nadie.

Fabulous!
Pros:

Fantastic location, really lovely owner who was very accommodating. Lovely rooms, comfy beds. Yes it is loud but that is very much to be expected in a central location.

Cons:

The stairs are abnormally steep, even for Amsterdam. This wasn't a problem for us but possibly something to be aware of for others

It's loud! Not as much music, but people walking around the outside of the building - if you can sleep through noise, this place is ideal

good for short stay
Pros:

the location is perfect! it is 350 m away from the central train station. easy to get access to public transportation. good for short stay. the price is very cheap! The receptionists are friendly and nice.

Cons:

it located at the very crowed area , lots of pubs and restaurangs downstairs. which made the area very noisy. We had difficulty to sleep because of the noise. But if you like party and night life, this is perfect place for you.
